Hey! I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the driving gloves from the recent drop? I got myself a pair for personal use in size S/M, and I'm not sure if they are going to fit me or nah. I have a pair of Hermes winter wool gloves size M and they fit me just fine, but the ALD website size measuments really give me some doubts. Would really appreciate the help!

2024.11.25 14:30 Abject-Crazy-2096 Too many DMs in my group!!
So, I put out a call for players about a year ago. I assbled a group of 7 players with 2 sometimes players who show up intermittently. After finishing my campaign as DM I suggested that anyone who would like to run a three or four session arc could do so with the understanding that we would get back to the original campaign that I (the one who assembled this group and provides all minis, game mats etc..) Now I have a player who has ran his 4 session arc now want to continue to be DM and launch his own campaign using the group I fought to assemble. Three of the members approached me and stated they would quit if I allowed this person to DM any more. However they refuse to say this out loud to the group. If asked everyone just says you did great or whatever. Attendence has dropped since I have left the Dm chair.
I truly want everyone to have a great time and I absolutely love being the DM. That's why I supply all the books, miniatures settings and everything for the group. I wanted to be a democracy and not have people feel like they get slighted because d&d is supposed to be fun. But I feel like the group I spent my time assembling is going to fall apart if I don't get back in the DM's chair.
I've told the group I want to restart our original campaign that the group was built on in January.
I try really hard to ask everyone's opinion and make sure my ego stays in check, but I really feel like people aren't having a good time and I want to get back in the lead chair to make sure that that happens.
Admittedly I am a bit ADHD. I love being dungeon master because my mind is busy and I can stay focused because I'm running the game. When I'm a player I can't concentrate and I get very bored and very quickly.
So how do I kindly and respectfully deal with this situation.

I just took my GRE exam and received my raw scores: 162q and 152v. ETH Zurich recommends 161q and 158v in Verbal for their robotics program.
My CGPA is 8.93, which is slightly above their recommended minimum of 8.80.My qualification is in BE Robotics and Automation. I have three internships—one at a start-up, summer intern at TVS motors R&D, and my final year project at Mercedes-Benz R&D. In all these roles, I worked extensively on robotics. By the time I join ETH, I’ll have around two years of full-time experience at Mercedes-Benz R&D, where I’m currently working on ADAS systems.
Do you think I have a realistic chance of being admitted? as I’ve heard that ETH places a lot of emphasis on academic scores.
