Ciao a tutti, sono un ragazzo di 24 anni, a marzo di quest anno ho comprato una Cupra Leon 1.4 e-Hybrid 245cv usata a 27k.
Inizialmente l'ho scelta perchè mi sembrava un ottimo compromesso per avere potenza a costi ridotti, cosa che poi si è rivelata abbastanza falsa a parer mio (chiedo a voi un'opinione essendo la prima macchina che mantengo).
Considerando che percorro in media 1900km al mese (calcolati da quando l'ho presa ad oggi) mi viene a costare circa 120/180 euro di benzina (dipende dal tipo di strade che faccio, a volte faccio due pieni e altre volte ne faccio tre) + 100 euro di corrente elettrica al mese, per un totale di 220/280 euro di benzina/corrente.
Chiedo a voi, sto veramente risparmiando rispetto ad altre macchine un minimo sportive o alla fine dei conti è solo un'illusione? Facendo due conti rapidi mi sembra di spendere come spenderei per una macchina che fa i 15km/l, a quel punto allora la venderei per prendere un i20n, molto più divertente, leggera e soprattutto è un tipo di macchina destinato a sparire tra qualche anno.
Altro punto a sfavore dell'attuale Cupra sono le gomme veramente costose date le dimensioni, sono R19 235/35 e da quello che mi sembra di vedere per via dell'elettrico e del peso se le mangia.
Per vostra esperienza personale, con una macchina come una i20n (o volendo una GT86, sarebbe la macchina dei sogni ma da mantenere è tutt'altra storia) spenderei di più rispetto a quello che spendo ora o addirittura andrei a risparmiare, ma avendo una macchina molto più divertente?

I have 3.10 years of experience as an SAP ABAP developer. I left my job in July, 2024, because I wasn’t getting growth opportunities, and there wasn’t enough support for me to improve or learn. In hindsight, I realize it was a mistake to leave without another offer lined up.
Now, it’s been over 4 months, and I’m actively job hunting. I’ve even made it to the second round in some interviews, but I haven’t been selected yet.
I’m feeling stuck and need advice on what to do next: 1. Should I keep focusing on applying and interviewing for jobs? 2. Should I invest time in certifications or training? If yes, can you recommend any good institutes that offer hands-on exposure? 3. Should I consider doing a master’s degree? If yes, which field would be best to stay within SAP, but maybe not as a developer? 4. Should I look into SAP BTP or SAP Fiori training? Would it help me get better opportunities?
I’m open to changing my field from SAP to any new and emerging technology where there will be strong job opportunities and demand for at least the next 5 years. I am okay with studying, researching, or even doing a master’s, but I want to ensure my investment pays off well and leads to a stable, good job by 2026.
I’m very confused about what steps to take right now and would appreciate guidance from anyone with experience or advice in this area.

My family owns a home in Central Virginia to which Fiber was recently made available. We’ve replaced our Starlink service with comparable download speeds (with 1Gb/2Gb plans available), better upload speed, and better reliability, for 1/3 the price. Starlink mostly served us well, but we don’t need it any more. I’m curious how good the market is for selling 2nd hand equipment (Gen 2), and is it a pain for the buyer to get up and running with their own service? A little more context to what we have: in addition to the standard equipment we also have the Ethernet adapter, wall mount bracket, and longer cable (which has never been used). The modem/AP/node was replaced in the last 3 months under warranty as our original node failed.

We had a bathroom exhaust fan installed/added a few months ago. I just recently went in to change the bathroom switch out and found this (pictured).
From my non-electrician, google-fu, homeowner knowledge of household wiring, this is not how this is supposed to be done. My understanding is that Al/Cu connections need the purple wirenuts, Alumiconn, or COPALUM connections, or at the very least, anti-oxidant compound in a wirenut.
What I found was Al/Cu twisted together in a non-Al/Cu wirenut (red ones, no compound) as well as the bathroom switch itself having one Cu lead and one Al lead going into the back of it (not an Al rated switch).
For reference, I am in Colorado, USA. House was built in the 60s.
I just want to make sure this is actually incorrect before I contact the company that did it and see if there's any recourse. ... Or if I'm just another homeowner who doesn't know what they're talking about.
