2024.11.25 14:50 YonexFan Auto claim, why are they using the most expensive parts from a dealer ?
Insurance offered $2,000 for me to fix it. Was almost tempted. Need 3 wheels and 3 tires and some bodywork, so decided to have a shop do it to make sure alignment was right etc. Each wheel is $800-$900 OEM from Ebay. Lexus dealer charges $3,000 per wheel! Insurance is going with that and shop is too. I told the shop I can get teh wheels cheaper, they/insurance didn't' want to. I use $290 tires, the OEM is $500 about each, they want to use the $500. The repair is trending up to $15,000 and insurance is ok with this! To me this is almost silly, but I guess it is what it is. What's really going on here?

2024.11.25 14:50 Vox_Maris Okay Hear Me Out
The new "Offer Military Assistance" interaction, which gives you 10% military goods cost and 25% increase to xp gain (the other side gains so many better benefits), seems to not work properly as the cost of the military goods does not increase in any way. I realised this in my Ottomans run, so I proceeded to release as many puppets as possible (and with a bit of cheating to get them all to full relations so they accept), I have ended with 1000% increase to XP gain.
This means I roughly gain 5.5 xp for each unit each week, making them fully Veterans in just 1.5 years.
This is in no way a viable way of running your nation and it would be painful to convince all your puppets to accept military aid (Why do they even say no? There is literally no negatives for them), it has been a fun thought exercise all for... 25% increase to offence and defence (Oh also 50% morale damage). I feel like with all the funds I lost from releasing puppets I could have made 4 times as many units but it is funny non the less.
The military goods cost needs to be fixed.

I remembered how I went to event place for their press conference. It was early morning when I got there, and waited until late afternoon.. not until my mom asked me to go home already.
I was a kid, and young so I followed her. 🥲 It was also the last concert they went here. Until now, when I think about it I do regret alot.
I would've seen them as a group. I would've seen N my bias. Now, I'm an adult but now the groups I used to stan before are..inactive or disbanded.

Hey, i got myself a pair of Gembird fans, and after connecting them i can't seem to change the colour. I have this connector not plugged into anything but there is no port like this in the mobo that i know of. I would guess it's some kind of rgb controller connector?

I feel like I am spiralling. I do not fit in anywhere and my mental health is collapsing quickly. I have severe anxiety and stress from years of living in a world not designed for me. I get bullied at school and it feels like there is no escape, my parents and school don’t seem to do enough to make a difference. I fear the future all the time because I know I won’t be able to hold down a regular job and have become depressed due to feeling like nobody cares about me. I used to be calm and controlled but lately I have no longer been able to control my emotions. I have severe mood swings to the point where I know it is not just regular teenage stuff, and I can be enraged to the point of shattering a toilet seat with only a very minor trigger (yes I actually did this once at school, I know it is very unhealthy). I just don’t know what is wrong with me, I’ll be enraged one moment but happy the next. Again, this is a sudden change and I already have an exhausting time with sociaising so I need answers.
