Looking for some advice as I don’t know what to do next. I live in Scotland. About 4 years ago my neighbour and I paid to get our roof replaced. 24 hours after the payment was processed, the roof started to leak. The same company came out and fixed the leak but would not give details of what went wrong. Approx 12 months later, my neighbour was getting work done to her house and water damage was discovered. I paid for an independent inspection and the company carrying out the inspection advised the problem was the roof and gave me a detailed report of all the examples of poor workmanship and potential problems. I contacted Checkatrade as we had used them and they were no help, instead they advised us to take it up with the roofing company. I contacted the roofing company and they argued that the problem wasn’t coming from the roof. When I pointed out the poor workmanship in the report I had, they argued it was fine, I had a 20 year guarantee and if I could prove the roof was the problem then they would repair it under the guarantee. My neighbour was being really unreasonable during all of this and refused to let anyone in to her house to inspect the damage so I couldn’t prove the problem was the roof. The only solution was to pay over £2000 to get a more detailed inspection carried out but to do this they would need to remove a section of the roof which could cause weak points in the roof and would leave my 20 year guarantee null and void. Fast forward to this week and my neighbour has contacted me to let me know the roof is leaking again. She is trying to get the original roof company out to carry out repairs but they are being unreasonable and refusing. I think I am going to have to take legal action but I have no idea what to do next. Any advice as to what I need to do?

Hey all,
I imagine a bunch of new drivers will have joined Iracing with the recent black Friday sale, so I figured Id repost my drivers guide to the MX-5, seeing as that's pretty much everyones first car.
Naturally the guide isn't exhaustive, but provides a summary on car balance, key information, and some crucial techniques to master if you want to improve laptime and consistency in the car :).
I've created 9 drivers guides in total, for the following cars:

I will return to making new drivers guides shortly, but recently my efforts have been focused on creating an "Iracing fundamentals" course, that will cover the key concepts that everyone should master first. My goal is to make driver improvement, both coaching and courses, far more affordable than the current offerings, and when the course is released it will be priced according to this goal!

I spent half a week trying to drop out during hammer jam but gave up because I didn’t want to go 5 days without attacking during the best progression event of the year.
I set a progress base as my legends base to make it even easier for attackers. It doesn’t make a different when everyone else is also trying to drop.
Now, I’m about to have the same problem for the th17 update. I don’t want to have to not attack for days on end and hope I get hit enough to drop. Make it a fucking button. That’s all.
