I started eating in cal deficit 7 days ago and have lost 8 lbs. Yes I know most of that is water weight. I’m currently eating 1350-1400 cals a day, I walk at least 2 miles a day and weight training everyday for 30 min. I really want to sustain my weight loss and I feel like I may be losing too fast. My CW IS 176 i’m 5’6 and I want to be 145 by mid March 2025. Should I up my cal intake ? or will the weight start coming off slower ?

Hello everyone,
So I've been interested in FIRE for a long time and want to finally put a plan together to do so.
Long story short, I committed financial infidelity and disspiated ~$50,000 over the course of 7 years. The house of cards I had finally crumbled last month and I now have to start completely over with my wife. This isn't a post about the act, it's just a post so I can find out the best path forward as my wife feels that our lives are ruined and I feel like I just put us back about 5 years.
My wife makes $125,000 per year and I make $67,000 per year with another ~$10,000 per year in hosting trivia twice a week. I am also doing UbeDoorDash/etc. for an extra $2,000 per month to put back the money I dissipated. We do not combine finances right and each of our bills are paid by each other. She is not helping me with replenishing the $50,000 so that is all on me. I have a car payment of $875 per month with $44k and 5 years left on it, a debt repayment plan which I just started last month at $1,150 per month to pay back roughly another ~$55,000 in debt. My wife has a $7,000 credit card (which she was going to pay off using the dissipated funds before she found out about it) and roughly $50k left in student loan debt. She was planning to be out of debt in 2-3 years completely before this was found out. We pay my father-in-law rent of $800 per month (yes it's a great deal).
In terms of assets, she has about $150,000 in an old 401(k) but I'm not aware of what she has in her current job's 401(k). I do not have any retirement due to my awfulness with money.
Her credit score is above 780 and mine is 500 (because everything got to be too much for me and I just said "eff it", which was SO DUMB).
I would absolutely love for us to be retired by the time we are 55 years old (within the next 13-15 years) but I want to know if it is doable and if I'm on a right path and what I need to do to help us be set up for our future. My wife says I ruined our lives and plans but I truly believe I just set us back around 5 years. I also am not shutting the door that I'm clearly in denial about what I did and wanting to not believe how bad it was (I know it's bad).
I just want to know if I really screwed us over, and if not, how can we get on track to achieve what we want.
I want to make sure that we have a path forward because we want to have a house as well one day and maybe retire to Europe at around age 55.
Any help would be appreciated and I'm happy to answer any questions at all.

 | Attached is the benchy and another print (modified baofeng cage) that my Ender v3 SE spit out. Seems like when I first got the printer it was decent but as time went on I have been getting more bed adhesion and blobbing issues. I slowed the print down to 50mm/s and adjusted the z offset so that a piece of paper drags. But I still get Lyft on thinner parts or maybe it's just parts that have tight corners? You can see one corner of benchy is somewhat blown out and blobby. Part of the cage, the thinnest part was also lifting and blobbing. Some troubleshooting I've done is to make sure the bed screws were tight (they were all kinds of loose). I found the rollers for the print head were loose so I turned the eccentric bolt until there was no more slop. Bed is a newer PEI sheet from Reality, has maybe 6 prints (attempts) on it. I started using purple glue sticks, that didn't seem to make a difference. Checked the bed temp with an IR gun and the bed temp is actually high, showing 63c when it's set to 60. Ive tried other filament and get the same results. I've read about needing to add some retraction or increase acceleration but it seems like I'm going to start spiraling with changing too many things. I’m surprised to see so many people complaining about it. Getting rid of the backpacks and going back to the simplified inventory management is a huge positive to quality of life IMO. Guns generally feel like they are in a good place, we have 1 shot head shot snipers, ARs/LMGs can no longer beam you from 200 meters away, I don’t see what’s not to like.
My only complaint is that shotguns are straight up just pointless to use in any setting, why does it seem like COD cannot for the life of them get shotguns in a healthy balanced place? Like either they are insanely OP to the point of being oppressive or so weak you might be better running fists. Like I put the long barrel on the semi auto shotty and it gets a damage range MAX of 3 meters and max damage of 20dmg…. Like bro…. SMGs damage range is at least 10 meters and minimum is still 20dmg…. Come on man I should be able to pushish players point blank with a shotgun doing heavy damage. I’ll take the 3 meter damage range if the damage is like 50

This question might be an obvious "no practical way, just use lightroom/photoshop" but, I have a PrismFx "Lucid dream" filter (no number like 1/4,1/2,etc as it's described as their most powerful) and I want to use it more. What's the best way to make the effect more noticeable other than just having a lot of light in the frame? I live in Michigan and we've been having loads of clouds that limit the light and it's still early for any Christmas lights at most downtown places near me.
In terms of equipment, I can use the filter for two bodies, a Nikon Z fc and a Canon EOS 70D with the following lens: Nikon DX 16-50 3.5-6.3 Canon EFS 18-55 3.5-5.6 Sigma EFS 50-200 4-5.6 Tamron EFS 17-50 2.8
What settings should I try on either body and lens combination that would be giving the best effective style. I only using it for street photography in some of the historic areas and for car photography come spring-fall
