2024.11.25 15:12 Jjhijoe FPS drops

I have a beast of a PC, but I also have an Intel i9-13900K with Bios F12f. The voltages reductions seems to have caused noticeble limitations to my pc.
Here's my build:

I have made a few recommended Bios tweaks, ran benchmarks with some minor success but when I launch a game, the Pc crashes and a bios screen appears with 2 options: enter Bios or reset bios to default.
Bios tweaks:
With Heaven and no tweaks I get decent FPS except for the drops to 25FPS, with the tweaks it's 47FPS. Using AIDA64 my power values for CPU Package and CPU IA Cores underloads bearly hits 100W when it should reach above 200W (without tweaks they stay under 55W).
I think F12f is limiting my pc and some microcode / voltage protections are causing my pc to shut down with these tweaks, and with or without I have massive FPS drops.
What are your recommendations? Thanx in advance.

2024.11.25 15:12 naoooomiiii What is with the aggression of drivers nowadays?

Seriously what is up with drivers nowadays? It seems now everyone wants to road rage with each other and everyone drives like a douchebag and idiot. Everytime i go on the freeways im guaranteed i will always encounter multiple douchebags cutting everyone off and recklessly driving, tailgating me and other people in the farthest right lane and in the rarest occasions some will attempt to road rage for no reason at all.
This is just the freeways however on surface streets i have people who tailgate me in residential neighborhoods where the speed limit is 25 and i’m already going 10 over. People don’t even stop at red lights every single time i will always see people flying through red lights well after the yellow has ended. People do the worst rolling stops i’ve ever seen at this point they’re not even stopping at stop signs at all, people making right or left turns suddenly without signaling making you nearly smash the brakes and the road rage is even worse on surface streets. It’s almost imperative you drive with both a front and rear dashcam and some form of self defense like a knife or large pepper spray canister. (i have both) ive been involved in 2 completely unprovoked road rages just this year alone where one resulted me in actually using pepper spray on a pickup truck driver who came up to my door (thankfully police did at least cite the driver for reckless driving and ruled i was in self defense) I don’t understand why people are so aggressive towards each other. It’s gotten so bad to where i don’t feel comfortable driving on the main roads anymore unless i really have to and i will detour if i can through residential areas. You can’t even go on a peaceful drive without encountering an asshole. It’s really gotten out of control and i don’t know if there’s really anything that can be done about it. The police don’t even seem to care about reckless drivers or road ragers besides that one incident i had and only because i called them and a weapon was technically used.
