I woke up feeling pretty crappy. I got a massage yesterday and went to the grocery store to get some stuff for thanksgiving.
I was making a smoothie and just felt kind of out of it (brain fog) which I attribute to the beta blocker I’m taking.
I decide I’m going to get in an Epson salt bath. I never take bath so I had to clean out the tub. I am so exhausted and panting, just from cleaning out my tub.
This is so annoying. I’ll be sure and report back after my Epson salt bath to let y’all know if it made a difference.

Hello all, at this point I think we all know that many people have suffered from sudden and unexpected demolition of the houses they’ve lived in, some of them for many years. My own parents were on the receiving end of this, but thankfully they were able to get a living situation sorted. Is there any way to help the people that are suffering because of this? I have a friend coming in from the US and he’s very intent on helping because he also has family that was on the recipient end of this. Any particular initiatives that he can donate to?

My wife and I (both mid-30s) recently bought a 2023 Tacoma Off-Road, currently bone stock. We’re starting to explore trails and plan to use it mainly as a daily driver, but we also want to do a lot of mountain trips and some light overland camping. Nothing too extreme, but we’re looking to get off the beaten path a bit and explore.
So far, we are adding first • Bed rails • A tonneau cover • Ikamper Mini • Standard recovery gear • Onboard tire compressor
We’re also considering more aggressive AT tires or maybe M/Ts for better off-road performance.
What else should we be looking at? What’s worth skipping? We’re aiming for a good mix of functionality and comfort for our trips.
Rock sliders? Body protection? Skip plates?
Also, any advice for beginners? Dos and don’ts, driving tips, or things you wish you’d known or bought sooner?
