2024.11.25 15:11 morganof4 Diarrhea issues
Back in June I started semaglutide and was in it for 3 mths till I had to have a procedure done. I stopped it for 3 wks/1month. I restarted it 7wks ago today. The 1sr 5 weeks I did 10 units on the lowest dose. Had no side effects and felt great. Lost 8lbs. Then I went up to 15 units last Monday and starting on Wednesday having bad diarrhea. It’s been keeping me up all night long. I’d it happens thru out day it wouldn’t bother me so much. But every 2hrs and for 30/40 mins each time. Just water. TMI I’m sorry… I’ve taken Imodium and it hasn’t touched it. I skipped today and won’t have it bc my body can’t handle worse issues with it. What do you think is causing it? I don’t have these symptoms last time. I don’t know maybe if I start taking it again this week or next week if I should try a different site and see if that helps is there a different kind of medication that I can take to help the diarrhea not be a diarrhea? Any advice would be great. Thanks

My boss gave me a whole ham and a pound of cheddar cheese as a holiday gift. I'm really grateful, but my household is only two people and I'm not sure how to use it up! So far my current thoughts are to bake the ham and serve it as the main course one night, and then to make scalloped potatoes with cheese and diced ham another, but I know that won't use the whole thing up. Any ideas are welcome!

As the title suggests being a genuinely ugly guy and never getting validation sucks so much and I hate how shallow it makes me feel.
I hate how girls would constantly make “hottest guys in school” lists in HS and I would always be last and have to pretend like I’m okay and it’s just a silly joke. Like I know I’m not handsome but damn last place??
Even ex girlfriends would never say something nice about my looks and would just comment on good personality traits or good things I made for them
I hate that women will pass on the hallways and whisper to their friends “here it goes your boyfriend” and start laughing and some will even say they like me and gain my trust just to make fun of me.
I hate that I’m supposed to have confidence despite never getting outside validation to build this confidence. I have to tell myself everyday on the mirror that “I’m worthy of love” , “I’m a human being” because deep down I feel like I’m not
I hate how feeling bad about this makes me look like a sore loser and I hate how people will downplay it because I get there’s so much more in life but not feeling worthy of affection constantly is destroying my soul so much

I know that I got a notice saying we cannot currently mail in our recycling bags (must be returned in store). But I don't remember seeing anything about deliveries. Do they deliver with a company other than Canada Post. I just don't want to place a big order and it not arrive in time for my family all coming to visit.
