I've done a few hypertrophy blocks from Mass Protocol recently and have been thinking about switching to Grey Man as I like the extra volume. But I'd like to know if anyone runs any 5 day templates outside of Mass that they wouldn't mind sharing. I typically cut out all cardio during Mass blocks and lift extra outside of the templates anyways so I would love to see some dedicated hypertrophy templates.

I’m currently in a spiraling crash and it’s been messing with my sleep. I slept for 2 hours last night, then took a nap and had the weirdest lucid nightmare. I vividly remember feeling like my heart was pounding and i was shaking all over. I heard voices in my head right before falling asleep which doesn’t happen to me often. Last time i crashed i even had closed eye hallucinations for a few seconds after waking up (it was an image of a pokémon i think? lol)

2024.11.25 17:50 LaughMedical7430 Quiting Levo? / Being overmedicated
Hi everybody, so I am (F27) currently overmedicated with Levo - got all the hyper symptoms. Lost weight, nauseous, diarrhea, heart palps, insomnia, anxiety. I am normally hypo, but no hashimoto.
My dose was increased from 50/75mg Eythyrox to 75 daily due to weight gain and feeling foggy/tired all the time.
In a month I went from
TSH 4,7 (0,27-4,2) FT4 1,41 (1-1,6)
to
TSH 0,7 (0,27-4,2) FT4 1,91 (1-1,6)
I was feeling soo bad I went to the emergency. All tests were fine. The doctor told me I am just depressed and nervous……. I managed to find an online consultation and doc told me to decrease my dosage to 50mg. I did a two day break (0mg) and then 50mg for a week total and felt a bit better. I was so relieved, my strenght was coming back, I started to sleep again, planned to go back to the gym. Sadly the symptoms reocurred after 3 days. I called ER because my palpitations were so bad at 5 am. Today I finally got to meet my main doc in person who prescribed me my first Euthyrox two years ago (25mg). He said I may be overmedicated and my organism does not need more Levo anymore. told me to quit cold turkey ASAP. He took a look at my thyroid ultrasound and said it looks all correct and healthy. I am shocked but relieved, past days these pills were making me almost vomit shortly after taking them… on the other hand, I was consistently taking these pills for 2,5 years. We were increasing the dosage from time to time. How is it that now I do not need them? I am suppose to do a checkup in 3 months to see how hormones are looking.
So I am happy there is a chance I will be better quickly (because the excesive hormones will flush out soon) but on the other hand scared that I’ll be full hypo again? Safe to say I do not trust doctors anymore. At the ER they wanted to gaslight me I am depressed and that’s why I feel this way (one guy told me to just have a drink…) and another doc with bad opinions told me FT4 doesn’t matter at all (!!) and I am fine.
Do you think I should trust my main doctor? Did you ever had a situation where you just stopped needing these pills for hormones to work properly? I am confused which doctor should I listen, can I really quit these cold turkey? Also I do not really undestand how my hormones are changing so rapidly, FT4 bolted from 1,41 to 1,91 in a week.

Hi everyone, For my final project, I'm using Kubernetes to deploy a small-scale data center where I want to experiment with different load-balancing algorithms, including one I plan to implement myself using Python.
I'm new to Kubernetes, and I've faced a lot of trouble and difficulties with installing kubeadm properly and initializing my cluster correctly. Every day, I encounter various errors, ranging from Flannel errors to unhealthy kubelet issues.
I experimented with Minikube, and while it worked well for basic setups, it doesn't meet my requirements for this project.
I recently read about K3s and realized that it might be a simpler way to deploy such a cluster for my purposes. However, I wanted to ask if the other features I aim to implement (such as customizing the load balancer) are possible with K3s?

I'm having a tough time finding fuel injectors for my 1997 1.6 l engine. I just keep finding fuel injectors for 1.8 liter engine for the 1997 model. Are they interchangeable or something? Like there's a few injector for 1.8l the same as 1.6l?

10 months cold turkey after 16 years, 15 of those daily smoking.
The withdrawals were awful, the extra pain, the sleepless nights. But it was all worth it. I had convinced myself weed was helping me but it wasn’t. Nothing beats being sober.
I have finally been able to deal with other substances too, I rarely drink or touch anything else now. It did go up in the beginning but it’s all levelled out.
If I can do anyone can 😂
I cannot wait to hit a year.
