It's all I can even bring myself to say anymore. I've always been vocal about how I feel but right now I feel like I can't talk to anyone. My head is playing tricks on me and I am being beat down by the legal system. I caught a DUI when I was 21, I am now 25 and I had to pay 600 dollars this month just to be told I have to start over with the entire two year long process I just went through to try to get my driving privileges back. I have been homeless off and on due to these issues, I spend all of my money to drive and have lost two different jobs due to the state revoking my license due to insurance lapses that were both caused by paying fees before insurance. I'm in college right now and I don't think I'm going to be able to afford to stay in school even with grants because I need to be working full time to cover my monthly expenses on top of legal fees and interlock fees. I feel like this is my main catalyst, and I know I made a huge mistake but this is going to kill me. On top of this all, my boyfriend just lost his job and doesn't have much urgency to find a new one. My family wants me to move back home but that usually doesn't work out very well, and they don't really have the resources for me either. I miss being homeless. I miss being a kid. I miss waking up and not dreading it.

We just got a new Tempur-pedic medium adapt mattress. Last night was our first night in it and it slept really hot. Our previous mattress was a cheap foam mattress from Amazon. It was too firm to be comfortable, but it never had these heat issues.
What would be the best mattress topper to cool down the tempurpedic? Ideally something with a medium level of firmness since that’s what we were going for in our mattress.

3 years of facing hair loss, still couldn't find why it's happening (these pics are of today) Let's start from the start (this post can be a little long). 3 years ago, I'm in 11th class hair texture: bad, hairfall: started, dandruff: way high, shampoo used: 2 times a week, sometimes 1 (1rupees waale) Also didn't know if this was actually hairfall or my hairline was maturing
Used tru hair hair oil and onion shampoo, hair texture: very good (soft), dandruff: no change, hairfall: no change, shampoo frequency: 2-3 times a week
A year later switched to tru hair biotin shampoo Hair texture: not so good, dandruff: slightly increased, they used to stick in my fingernails, hairfall: no change, shampoo frequency: same. Later that year I shaved my head, nothing changed.
This year summer frustrated, saw a beerbiceps video where dermatologist said shampoo had no effect on dandruff or hairfall and hair oils do nothing but feed your dandruff Yes, me dumbass was using hair oil knowing I had oily scalp Back to square one Used those 1 rupees shampoo, frequency: alternate days (because I realized I have oily scalp) hair texture: relatively good but my hair became hard also it felt very chemically if that make sense no softness, dandruff: surprisingly controlled, almost none when I scratch my scalp, hairfall: reduced (I think because now I didn't care so I didn't noticed)
This year winter, new problem As I said my dandruff was controlled, but it started again, I think it's because my overall skin has become flaky, like I see flakes in my eyebrows and forehead also Shampoo: plum coconut hair shampoo hair texture: way better than 1rs shampoo, dandruff: when winter started yes, hairfall: still same slightly reduced if I remember from 3 years ago, but when I comb my hair I see 6-7 strands, even more when my hair is wet. I don't use conditioners or hair oil because my scalp is oily but in this weather I absolutely have no idea My diet is all homemade food, occasionally junk food, hair genetic is good I think, my father is 55-56 and now he started balding, my mother's side also have good hair Current problem: flaky skin and scalp, most probably due to winter, and hairfall of course it haven't stopped
Now when I clicked the photo, I noticed I have asymmetrical temples

With the expansion of the playoffs, we're talking more about who are top 12 teams deserving of a chance to make the playoffs, but I think looking back at who would be considered potential champions to fans before we had championship/playoff/expanded playoffs
Potential Champions through Week 11

Undefeated Oregon and a 12-1 Ohio State that avenged its only loss would clearly be considered potential champions
11-2 UGA or 12-1 Texas as conference champs would certainly be potential national champions
12-1 Miami and 12-1 SMU would both be considered potential champions
11-1 Notre Dame is a team that would be looked at as a lower tier potential champion I think
12-1 Boise State whose only loss was a close loss to Oregon is probably the last team that would be considered deserving
I think 11-2 UGA, 11-1 ND, and 12-1 Boise State are all teams you could argue about leaving out.
Are there any teams that would be added?

2024.11.25 15:51 IronsolidFE Setting ACE Objects to ACLs with propagation flags, but avoiding propagation.

As a preface to what I'm doing and why I want to do this:
Background - I am remediating 20 years of bad practice on multiple petabytes of file shares. My intention is to leverage our XDR capabilities of remediating inconsistent and broken permission.
Goal - Set permissions on top level folder with appropriate propagation flags (as if we were creating a new folder), but not propagate the permissions beyond the root directory, and additionally not change any of the inheritance or propagation flags that would flag directories as not being broken.
The new permissions we're setting are very similar to the ones before. The only actual change (in most cases) are the way the root folder is build. Sub folders/files would be effectively unchanged (I'm sure there is some sort of underlying change due to the way the root is configured, but I do not know for certain)
While I cannot provide exact code I am currently using to set ACE objects to my ACL objects, I will provide a relevant example:

How do I go about setting these permissions to the folder root, while keeping all of my flags in-tact, but also not propagating any (or minimal) ACL changes?
The only thing I can come up with is setting the access controls inside of a start-process, and terminating that start-process after 10-15 seconds, ensuring the root was sent (accounting for any network delay), and terminating the propagation. The issue I see here is, it may break permissions on a folder, causing underlying folders to become inaccessible for a period of time. This is manageable, as I can control the runtime of our XDR remediations, but preferrable to not possibly encounter this.

My butt is weird, or my weight is the issue. Whatever the case, motorcycle seats are a literal pain in the butt. I have an Indian Scout, and got the expensive Mustang seat, and it still wasn't great. So, I ride my daughter's ninja 300, and the stock seat sucks. It's a 2013, so maybe it's old, but it just felt like my butt was sitting on the plastic backing, not the foam cushion. Finally bought the Saddlemen seat, and it's actually amazing. Feels so good. Sits a little higher, the back half is bigger and soft, there's just the right amount of grop so I]m not sliding forward the whole time, and there's a middle gap, which is great for my tailbone (I'm pretty sure I injured it a couple times in my life). It was $300, which is crazy, but while my Indian is getting some maintenance at the shop for a couple weeks, I needed (wanted) to daily the ninja, and even a 15 minute ride was uncomfortable.
