Lil update on my baby Biscuit (two year old who is still very much a baby to me). She has been taking her trimethoprim/sulfa (antibiotics) twice a day, very reluctantly, but seems to be doing better. I took her back in to the vet to make sure she's on the right track in the healing process, and the vet seemed sure that she just needs to continue on her antibiotics and avoid surgery unless things get worse. She's been very sweet, playful, and eating and drinking like normal. I gave her some banana for being a good girl. I'm really hoping she continues to feel better. She has been on my mind all of the time so I wanted to share her sweet face with ya'll. (Also the bald-ish spot on her in pic 1 has been growing back! The vet thinks it was related to her infection because mites/lice/fleas were ruled out). Any tips on if there's anything I can safely mix the antibiotics with in order for her to take them more willingly are much appreciated as well 🙏🏻 poor girl hates the syringe method.

I'm going to be brief because Reddit interface is just dumb. I wrote my whole explanation of what happened and when I did go to the next tab to add the images and post, he posted all my images, and I lost the text forever. That's annoying as fuck. So I will be brief and put things into topics.

I broke my wrist while playing soccer. I fell backwards while disputing a ball and it broke.
I felt no pain at any point, except a little bit of discomfort during the close reduction. This surprised me because when I was a kid I had cracked my radius too and it was not as severe, no close reduction required. It was from a ball kick. Someone kicked the ball and I was the goalkeeper and I defended the low kick and it broke. The pain was a very pulsating pain and lasted long. So when I broke this time, I'm an adult now, it surprised me that I didn't feel any pain. I knew that there was something wrong with my arm and I.stabilized it with my other hand and did go immediately to the hospital. The doctor offered me painkillers, but I didn't have any because I was not in pain.
Close reduction, conservative treatment, plaster of Paris cast, below the shoulder, a complete one then.
I got to the doctor immediately after the fracture and the orthopedic doctor did an x-ray, verified that it would need a close reduction, did a close reduction, x-ray again and then it was alright. Swelling on the first few days, then everything normal.
Then 15 days later another x-ray, it was alright, the bone in the right place, according to the orthopedic doctor, the same one that treated me before. No pain, etc.
Now 42 days later (yesterday), competing 6 weeks, I did an x-ray, then took the cast off. This doctor is a different one. When I asked if the bone was good basically he said that at this 6 weeks stage the soft callus is formed and then it would solidify more in the future. When I asked about the position and the progression of the bone, he said he didn't have access to the previous x-rays, which were in the computer account of the previous doctor. So he didn't directly answer, but since he didn't say it was bad, I assumed it was fine. These 6 week x-rays were printed, so I post them here.
I will go back to the orthopedic care two days from now, for some other reasons, but I would like to know:
Does the bone look good in the x-rays? Does the angle look good? Does the 'gluing' look good? I notice that it is somewhat light where you can see the crack path. But should it be more dense at this 6 weeks point? It would be easier to exercise knowing that nothing will be moving around... Of course I'm doing things very slowly and lightly, but I would like to know.

I did everything I could for my little fish onyx. He lived in a 6 gallon tank, heated at 79 degrees, with a filter, he had places to hide and sleep and he had a real plant and a silk plant. I tested the water regularly, and fed him flakes because I learned he didn’t like the pellets. He was acting normal until yesterday he didn’t eat. I looked it up it said bettas sometimes skip a meal or two. I was concerned at the end of the night he seemed to be hiding but he did that sometimes. I found him dead this morning. I had him for almost 2 weeks and was going to do a water change in 2 days. Someone please tell me what happened :((. He was making a bubble nest, his colors seemed more vibrant and he would love to come see me if I was sitting by the tank. He was a black crown tail betta . First two pictures are him this morning.

2024.11.25 15:41 ShadowZael AmazonUK is employing predatory and misleading customer service tactics, in attempt to prevent customers from claiming refund or replacement in the case of a package that didn't arrive. I am now out £759.99 for an Nvidia 4070 Ti Super I didn't receive.

TL:DR: I have wasted 15+ hours on calls with Amazon, the local police, and Barclays. Amazon is asking customers to file police reports for "stolen items" that they refuse to follow up upon, in attempt to waste customer's time. Senior representatives will claim that all information provided by other representatives about a police report needing to be filed, or even an item being stolen were "misinformation" and will not elaborate further. I was then forced off the call as the supervisor hung up on me.
For a more concise timeline of the communications I had with customer support, please see the below writeup of the complaint I sent to them by email:
"Hi there,
I'm reaching out after unsuccessfully seeking report about an Amazon order #206-8619143-5509169, which included product Zotac Geforce RTX 4070 Ti Super Trinity OC White Edition 16GB.
This package seems to have been in 3 parts, arriving on the same van, I was required to provide an OTP code to pick up from the driver, the OTP code was shared between all products. Unfortunately this item was not given to me, it may have been missing, left on the van, etc.
In attempt to resolve the issue with Amazon's customer support, I went through a very difficult process and have not received resolution, replacement, or any form of compensation.
Amazon customer services representatives have provided me with incorrect information, contradicted each other, and violated my consumer rights, of which I am aware.

Amazon representative told me they "spoke with the driver" and the package was not there
Another rep claimed they cannot speak to or make contact with the driver, and the first representative had not contacted the driver
The next representative said that the package was "stolen", and after I told them the possibility that it was stolen from my front door, or delivered to someone else is impossible, as an OTP was required and I met the driver in person, they stated that they will look into this.
A different rep stated that even though they claim the item was stolen from Amazon, in order to investigate this issue further, I must file a police report and provide them with the crime reference ID
After providing this ID, I was then informed that I must provide a full police report, and they will get in touch with the police to work with them on it
After receiving no follow-up on the above, a representative told me that the "report is now ready" and that I should contact the police and ask for it
The police did not have such a report ready, and are unable to provide a full one as there is not enough information to prepare one, and that Amazon needs to provide this information as the issue is on their end. However they did provide me with a summary and the information which was requested in Amazon's email to me, such as my address, the name of the county police department (Kent Police) etc.
After sending this information over by email, and attempting to start a live chat about it, I was unsuccessful in securing a response from a customer service representative, so I called by phone again
This representative stated that they could not open the attachment in my email, so I said that I can re-send it as an image. After some time the representative stated that they "cannot see this email" at all, despite having received the previous one.
I asked to be referred to a manager more senior at Amazon, after a long wait on hold, I was speaking to a new representative, he stated that they have already "completed the investigation", even though I was told this investigation can only begin after receiving a police report. His conclusion was that since the OTP was given to the driver, there is nothing Amazon can do and they cannot make any concessions. I asked them what about the police report and Amazon's claim that the item was stolen by a 3^rd party before it arrived at my address. He stated that all previous representatives had shared misinformation, he did not acknowledge that anyone had spoken to the delivery driver, or the police, and promptly hung up the line.

I will need to remind Amazon's team that the item going missing is no fault of my own, and the tactics employed to waste my, and the local police's time were very unprofessional. Tomorrow I will be making a payment dispute with Barclays who is my payment provider for this order, and they will attempt to file a Section 75 claim.
I was told by Amazon that there's no further actions they will take in terms of a refund or replacement, and that they completed their investigation. I remind the team that failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Time is essential. Please deliver the item without undue delay.

Any help or advice would be appreciated, I'm currently talking to Citizens Advice to try and report this to the Trading Standards Bureau. I would have also loved to file a section 75 chargeback, but I purchased this whole order through Barclays Partner Finance (0% instalments for 12 months), I did get in touch with Barclays and they are aware of the issue and looking into it, but they told me it will be difficult for them to do anything if Amazon won't acknolwedge any mistake from their end.
Primary questions:

Is Amazon allowed to make users file a police report for a stolen item, especially in the case that the item was not stolen from my front door, but by a "3rd party" at some point along the delivery process.
Is Amazon allowed to have representatives push customers to take all these steps, and then later renounce all that information as "misinformation" and refuse to follow through when given a real police report?
What other steps can I take?

I purchased a transfer switch and inlet box, and the inlet box has a CS6375 inlet.
I also purchased an SS2-50R outlet to put on my generator cord.
I wanted to make sure everything was correct, so I plugged the outlet in and everything fit fine. My problem now is that I cannot get them apart. It seems like the outlet won’t turn to unlock. I have tried pushing and twisting, but it just won’t seem to move.
