I'm a P1 staff member at a UN agency, renting in Geneva. The Canton has requested my rental agreement and C form after being notified of my new address by the Swiss mission. However, my landlords have asked me not to share the agreement. The Canton has specified that adequate housing is a prerequisite for employment. I understand this can be a legal issue. What are my options?

a quick rant: while this sub is called Indians Read, that's hardly what happens here now.
Where are the posts about reviewing books, discussing themes and talking about the latest titles? No, all we see is people asking about their book collections. It's like the hobby has gone from reading books to simply collecting them and having an "aesthetic".
The other thing is the huge influx asking about self help books, and I see people on opposite ends of the spectrum. one group absolutely hating on them while the other is adamant that they are extremely helpful.
Self-help books are mediocre at best. Yes some really good ones exist, you can google them and find out instead of buying whatever you can get your hands on and then posting them here, seeking validation. A lot readers, including myself, feel that stories make you think for yourself, rather than be told by someone that you should do X, Y or Z to be better. If you are a beginner, you shouldn't start with self help, they will not make you enjoy reading. There is no desire to read just one more page that you get with literature. Period. If you do want to make your own opinion on them, I suggest you start with some good easy literature, and then read a self-help.
Lastly, I wish we collectively read more than show. I wish we could explore more authors from the subcontinent. Not because of some false sense of patriotism but because those stories are relatable and that's where a lot of the joy of reading lies. This isn't a problem as such, nor something that needs immediate attention, but still, something that I feel would make this subreddit and us well read and empathetic.

5 days sober, idk how many times I have to learn this lesson but I’m praying to God this is the last time. I have felt hopeless the past two weeks but I guess that is what it’s going to take for me. Really felt like drinking last night but I didn’t, had a leftover nip I didn’t know about that I found and poured it right down the sink… progress. I just want to be a better person.

You see when I was reading the book of bill when he asked me to shake his hand I actually wanted to do it evan after he said he would kill the pines and after reading the notes by the pines I was not convinced evan if bill thought that I was on there side. Yesterday I was asking my parents to take me to the bill cipher statue they said no but now I'm asking friends to go there and shake his hand for me. In fact When I was watching gravity falls for the first time I almost wanted bill to win I did not want the pines to lose but I didn't want bill to lose Do yea and now I am sort of rooting for bill and not caring about the Pines. 2024.11.25 15:20 ddiop Dalano Banton has a +13.2 better on-court rating than anyone else on the Blazers
He's having a very odd season, Blazers are +8.6 when he's on the court and the next best on his team are Toumani Camara and Rob Williams both at -5.2. Usually you'll see SOMEONE having a closer number just by virtue of sharing the court with Banton (such as Jokic is +14.5, but Braun/Murray/Gordon are all +11 or better as well). Even the minimum minutes guys have vastly negative ratings. Offence is +14.4 points better with him on the court.
He's hitting 40% of his 3s even though he was a sub-30% shooter before this season and his FT% is in the low 70s. He's shooting threes at the highest volume of his career so far, too.
And most interestingly to me, he's played 224 minutes; half of them in the 4th quarter alone. 6 games he's played the full 4th quarter, 6 games he hasn't touched the floor at all outside of the 4th quarter, and 3 of those games were when he played the entire 4th quarter.

I recently re-downloaded fortnite and I was looking at the item shop and randomly my game crashed, I brushed it off as just some bug from the item shop being big and it being quickly opened as the first thing I did, and I then went to change my pickaxe, then it crashed again, and again, and again. I gave up and went to change my skin instead and it worked but when I tried to change it again it crashed. Then it crashed on my pickaxe a few more times. Ive restarted my xbox (series s) and re-downloaded fortnite, I reset my router and unplugged my xbox, all the good stuff. Nothing has worked and I can't find anything about this bug anywhere. What do I do?
It's only fortnite that crashes, cod, ow, and any other game work fine.
