It can't just be me, but yesterday I realized that there's no way the coin flips have be 50/50 for me. I counted today and I flipped tails on my first 5 coin flips, then got a heads, then 3 more tails, then a heads, then 4 more tails. Can my luck just be this bad? Is there actually any skill to how the coin is flipped? Anyone else feel like they're experiencing the same thing? I thought it was just memory bias of how often I was getting screwed by tails, then once I started keeping track, it seemed awfully suspect.

I had a serious disruption with a BA trip a number of years ago. The customer care response was not satisfactory. I'm US based. I issued a demand letter to their regional office as a final step before filing in small claims court. They responded and we were able to negotiate a settlement before going to court.
I haven't needed to fly with them since but have booked a trip for early next year. Some of my details (passport, address) have changed but my other oneworld partner frequest flyer number is the same so presumably they could identify my history with them.
Have I any reason to worry they might have blacklisted me and I won't be able to fly?

1- No la utilizo casi nunca y las pocas veces que la necesitĂ© en los Ășltimos 4 años, no me cubriĂł prĂĄcticamente nada.
2- NotĂ© que no se generaban intereses por cada cuota impaga. Al ganar en dĂłlares, pensĂ© que serĂa mĂĄs beneficioso esperar un tipo de cambio favorable para pagar la deuda en su totalidad.
Como ya podrĂĄn imaginarse, el dĂłlar no hizo otra cosa que bajar en los Ășltimos meses, por lo que todavĂa no cancelĂ© mi deuda. Hoy me llegĂł un email avisĂĄndome que estoy en mora 3, lo que me generĂł estas dudas:
1- ¿Qué caråcter reviste esta deuda? ¿Puede transferirse a un tercero para que la cobre? ¿Puede afectar mi score crediticio/situación de deudor? Revisé y no figura en la central de deudores del Banco Central, pese a casi 5 meses sin pagar.
2- ÂżPuedo gestionar la baja sin pagar nada y simplemente cambiarme por otra prepaga y hacer borrĂłn y cuenta nueva? Pregunto esto porque no utilicĂ© ningĂșn servicio de mi obra social en meses, e incluso intuyo que ya estoy suspendido tras mĂĄs de 3 meses de impago.

I work for a small company, there are only about a dozen of us in the office, including both owners. The two owners and our CFO (who is also kind of Hoffice manager) pretty much call all of the shots around here and I'm just wondering what the correct way is to tell them I am pregnant. This shouldn't come as much of a surprise because I just got married earlier this year. When I was offered a new position in April I made it very clear that I would be starting a family in the future, and would obviously have to take time off, so if that was going to be an issue they should figure it out before I took the position.
I am currently 3 months pregnant and I feel like the sooner I tell them, the better. As they will have more time to plan for my absence. Anyways, what is the protocol here? Do I call a meeting with the CFO and owners to tell them? Do I just send out an email? Do I casually mention it? I've only been working in an office setting for a few years and no one here has been pregnant during my time here, so I'm really in the dark about all of this.

I think it would be cool if in half of the Pillager Outposts in a world, there is a secret area underneath the main area. The cobblestone stairs could lead further down into the basement of the outpost, where the pillagers are conducting horrific experiments, like converting villagers to ravagers. The room would have large piles of gray wool and gray stained clay, a table with brewing stand on top and a chest by the side of it, and in the center of the room, there would be two glass tubes. One with a villager in it, and the other with a ravager. Inside the brewing stand, you would find a single ominous bottle, and in the chest, you would find bones, gray stained clay, gray wool, and coal.

2024.11.25 15:14 Hex-Blu Microdosing purely with aborts
Someone asked how this effected the dose the other day and I realised I didn't really know as I usually put aborts in amongst a macrodose as a sprinkle of love.
I microdose 0.5g a day and occasionally double this which sometimes gives a mild head rush like coffee and some focus for the day.
Did 0.46g today purely from tiny little aborts and I am fairly sure I'm in the "museum dose" area of tripping. Very obvious breathing of surfaces, a noticeable amount of screen distortion (YouTube video and writing this) Little bit of eye pressure / ache around the temples.
Not sure whether to see how it develops or top up into something like a mild dose.
Can safely confirm that these aborts are significantly stronger (3 or 4x I think) than the rest of the batch though, this might be well known knowledge already but it was news to me!
