i used to do judo (3 months) but broke my leg when doing it so i can't do it for like a year or something like that. Thing is that my doc also told me that i can't really do any sports except for swimming since my bones are genuinely weak, but i really want to learn fighting since not knowing how to fight will also injure me (my country is full of people that just want to attack you), so which one is the best for me?

I am currently applying for a bank loan to buy my ex out of our jointly owned (outright) property. We bought the property with a private loan which has since been paid off, but have split up and I want to stay here and raise our child. Our zoning is rural residential and no structre on the property has been permitted by the county. Everything is stick built and of exceptional quality. The property appraised at 338k and I have a current homeowners insurance policy. Ive been working with a mortgage broker who tells me obtaining a bank loan wont be a problem, but Ive definitely heard otherwise. Can anyone help me here?

im working with mice around 30g each. in vitro treatments have found that doxorubicin treatment at 500nM works well for cancer cells seeded at 300k as my control group with my combo group showing a large difference. what dosage should i be using for my in vivo experiments? i know it should be in mg/kg but was wondering if i could somehow translate what would be the in vitro dosing to in vivo... when looking at literature, it appears that people use anywhere between 0.5-4mg/kg for repeats with some even using 8 or 12mg/kg if only doing one administration. I've tried 0.5 with no effect at all, mice handled it okay too but cancer unaffected.... pls help me

Any idea what’s wrong? I’ve worn my watch on for a week straight now and the watch does show something like my body battery but when I go to the garmin app it won’t show any stats.
I’ve tried to restart the watch, disconnecting, making sure it’s synced through the app.
Don’t know what’s wrong.

My house is on top of a rock formation so there are two flights of steps leading up to the door. On the first landing, there’s this round hole in the cement, there’s a metal cylinder inside that has a hexagon top. It never pools water, but at the same time I can’t feel there’s any drain holes on the side of the cylinder thing. Anyone know what it is? (Today the water is not going down).

What is everyone's opinion on busking? So in all of the places that I have been spinning my dragon so far I've always done it for the hell of it, to share the beautiful art with other people, to try to get more people involved in this kind of art and to grow the community. I never solicited for donations because I never asked for them and I didn't really need them, but since I've been spinning in more and more placrd, over time there are always a number of people that want to give me a donation. Now I've always felt pretty awkward about taking money because it generally speaking I am in a pretty comfortable position I don't need the extra cash but then again everyone could use some extra cash, so what does everyone think about busking? As an example today when I was spinning at this one place I had no busking hat yet someone put $20 under my water bottle; should I just bite the bullet and put out a hat and have people donate if they want to; what is everyone's thoughts?
