Training to be an Army Ranger. Currently running three times per week.(M)20y/o 255.6lbs
4 x 400m sprints (Mon) 3 x 1 mile tempo run (Wed) 45-60 min zone 2 run (Fri)
400m sprint time: approx 1:50 Mile run: 9:14
Also focusing on deadlifts,squats to strengthen legs.
By following this routine how long should it take to turn 9:14 into 7-7:30?
Any tips or tweaks for more optimal running would be greatly appreciated.

The system they designed in place only works if $BTC keeps going up in value.
Same way sub prime mortgages and mortgage backed securities in 2008 worked. The system was only designed to work if house prices kept going up. It became a house of cards once house prices slowed down.
Not an apple to apple comparison, but similar in theory. Both will/would work if the prices keep going up. Its going to be a disaster if $BTC goes down in price (which it will likely will) if some major exchange folds and theres FUD like 2021.

Hello!
I've encountered an issue when using my headphones (WH-1000XM3) with my audio interface (Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen). Fully inserting my 3.5mm TRS jack into the 1/4-inch adapter results in audio that is muffled and lacking in bass.
The only workaround I've found is to partially insert the 3.5mm TRS jack into the headphones, while twisting it until I get a proper sound. However, this setup is unstable as any slight movement will cause the audio to cut out on one of the two channels, or even both.
I've already tried two TRS adapters, so I'm unsure if it's a stereo-to-mono mismatch.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
