Having trouble deciding how to approach our foyer. We definitely need some sort of rug or mat directly in front of the front door, so not leaning towards a round rug under chandelier.
Option 1: custom runner, width of the door (3’) that runs to the end of staircase. The challenge here is that this limits the depth of credenza we can get for in front of the staircase. We’d want some space in between the runner and credenza so it doesn’t look crammed, and that means finding something about 10 inches deep. Would it look bad to have the credenza sit on the runner?
Option 2: 3x5 rug in front of door (cut square for floor vent). No rug in front staircase. This allows us to have a better looking credenza with a larger depth (14”ish)
What do you think?

Apart from MI, I think RCB has the best team. SRH batting looks better but they lack bowling power. RCB has better bowling and overall look better than SRH in my opinion. CSK has the best team for Chepauk but they will struggle outside and in the playoffs.

2024.11.25 17:20 Bunny_Roll Apartments raising fees in middle of lease
I noticed that my apartment has raised my fees. Water, trash, pest control and also added on a gas and electricity charge for the common areas like the pool. These charges are higher than what is listed on my lease and fees that are not listed. I have read through my lease, they are allowed to change fees if an amendment is sent out and signed by all parties. Which they did not do, they didn't even send a notice about new fees or raising fees.
I'm so sick of these companies squeezing money out of residents like we're money trees. This can't be legal since I have not signed an amendment. Every apartment seems to be charging more and more...feels like I'm being priced out of the area I grew up in. Apartments are charging for regular parking spots now and not guaranteeing parking. It's just unreal how different things were for apartments some years ago.

Hey all, I'm wondering what might cause a drastic shift in my google ads from high impression share one month, to low the next - when no real changes were made. October had a search impression share of 49.73% and November to date is 28.69%. September was 46% (first full month running) for reference. It doesn't look like competition has necessarily picked up, budget has stayed the same, there aren't really any seasonal factors with the group, no quality score changes, visuals are the same, and so is ad language.. Is it just time to rotate things - has google gone stale on it? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
