2024.11.25 18:00 AJL2332 Scenes from a Dallas-Fort Worth
Mom and I were headed to different destinations so I dropped her at her gate in terminal D. Woman at the next gate had missed her flight and was literally on the ground pounding her fists and screaming that they needed to come back and get her. Her destination can be driven within about 4 hours and there are flights every ~45-50 minutes.
At my gate I patiently sat and waited until they called my zone 5. CR7, all carry ons gate checked. Nothing to worry about right? I get to the short line and a guy walks in out of nowhere and tries to sidestep in. Got his pass blown up on his giant phone screen, clearly says zone 9. I leaned in and looked, stepped right back around him. Think he got the picture when the agent called zone 6 shortly after because he didn’t board after me.
I simply do not understand people but anyway shoutout to the agents and tsa who are dealing with people like the former all day. Everyone was super friendly and kept things moving on a busy day!

2024.11.25 18:00 jolnestrink Expansion Mod - Can't modify
So, I installed Vortex, then installed the expansion Mod (I also installed the Script Extender, then ran the game ot make sure it was working properly and it was), and everything seems to be working good witht he exceptiont hat I can't find the editablee Expansion.json file to change the xp values for the mod. In the mod page it says that it should be in "AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Script Extender", but there's nothing in that BG3 folder regarding the Script Extender. Anyone knows where can I find it or if I did something wrong?

My 23 yo son and his 20 yo girlfriend rent a basement apartment from me. They’re expecting a baby next July.
They have a large untrained, unneutered 2 year old American Staffordshire Terrier. He jumps on people, lunges at cats and small dogs. They’re both gone for 10 hours a day at work.
I’m a Rover sitter and am not uncomfortable with dogs, but he is hard to control. I have dogsat him several times (free) and it’s not a pleasant experience. I don’t believe he gets nearly enough exercise and they don’t train him.
I am VERY uncomfortable with them having the dog around a newborn and have told them they need to rehome the dog before baby arrives.

How is it possible that this individual has the support of KICK?
A week ago, this woman appeared on the most famous news show in Peru, Magaly TV, claiming not only that he physically assaulted her, but also that his mother did as well. She gave statements about all the abuse she endured and even called a respected Peruvian journalist named Gian Franco, who tried to defend and support her by exposing her case.
A few days later, the streamer known as KINGTEKA leaked confidential information during a stream with RONCHASKUN, stating that KICK was in contact with him, telling him he needed to resolve these issues or they would remove him from the content creator program. (KICK COVERING FOR BAD ACTORS).
Two days later (yesterday), the same woman appeared on KINGTEKA's stream claiming that EVERYTHING she had previously said was a lie and that she only used the news outlet because she was "angry."
It’s clear that there’s a financial arrangement between these two people (especially since the reporter recently stated that when she appeared for the interview, she repeatedly mentioned wanting civil compensation). They’re manipulating information and accusations to prevent him from being removed from the content creator program.
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT KICK... continues to support and fund someone who, together with their partner, manipulates accusations and mocks all the abused women in Peru, portraying them as gold diggers who retract their claims in exchange for money, saying their accusations were false and driven solely by anger.
They mock Peruvian authorities who, by prioritizing her case, neglected another woman’s abuse case. And for what? So that, after being offered money, she could come forward and claim it was all a lie.
THEY MOCKED THE PERUVIAN AUTHORITIES. THEY MOCKED ABUSED WOMEN. THEY MOCKED JOURNALISTS WHO HAD THE BEST INTENTIONS TO HELP HER, LEAVING THEM LOOKING LIKE COMPLETE LIARS.
Now the question is: will KICK do something about it? Or will they continue to turn a blind eye?

2024.11.25 18:00 TheLoneKreider Weird window bug
I just updated and now sometimes my windows move when I'm not even touching my keyboard or mouse. I use autotiling and my usual work setup has a terminal on the left and a browser on the right. Seemingly at random, the two windows will switch places, so that the terminal is on the right and the browser is on the left. This is obviously extremely annoying.
I'm not sure how to even begin figuring out what's causing this because it doesn't happen under repeatable circumstances. Does anyone have any suggestions or—better yet—know what's going on?
