The subject has been off sick since the end of May. The holiday year started on 1st April and hasn’t taken any holiday prior to going off sick. If they don’t return before the end of the holiday year (31st March) are they entitled to be paid accrued holiday pay?

Buffalo River kayaking advice
Hey guys! Looking to kayak the Buffalo River in April and seeing Arkansas for the first time!
My questions-
I'll be camping, hiking, kayaking, and bringing a motorcycle as well. What's a good central campground to stay at specifically for kayaking and proximity to the park?
I don't mind rustic but electric is nice to have. I prefer supporting government/public campgrounds.
I am also wondering if anyone has suggestions for an outfitter that offers drop off or pick up. It would be cool to camp on the river and use it as a base for trips up or down the river with shuttling.
I'm seeing an overload of information because the area is so large. Hoping to narrow my trip down to the best 4 days Arkansas can offer. Bonus if anyone has great restaurant and motorcycle touring recommendations!

2024.11.25 17:28 CoastSad8595 $OPTT - One of $RCAT's partners
I know it's been mentioned here before, and results are not guaranteed (See below), but $OPTT, or Ocean Power Technologies has a lot of potential. I know there's been a bit more interest as they're one of the partners of Red Cat. The C.E.O announced early earnings for the 2nd of December, and has suggested this has been due to much better growth than before. Some points to factor in:
- They're coming out of the research and development phase and focusing now on securing contracts. They've started to secure quite a few contracts, a lot of which will show in next month's earnings. They were showing off their equipment at ADIPEC, a large energy event this month. They've also been at the Microcap conference last month. There should hopefully be a translation into future contracts as a result.
- The C.E.O, Philipp Stratmann gave a presentation at the Microcap Conference in October. He said one of the reasons the share price has done badly this year is that they were subject to a hostile takeover attempt where the company (Paragon if I remember right) were spreading negative news about Optt, which then meant the shares got shorted. The takeover attempt was dropped however, but the shares never really bounced back up. With more contracts potentially on their way, this might change.
- With that said, there's also been a lot of share dilution that's happened this year. At the August shareholder meeting, it was agreed that the shares should increase from 100 million to 200 million. They've gone up by an extra 20 million so far, but there's obviously around 80 million to go, and we don't know when they'll be released. So there is a danger progress will be slowed or even potentially reversed. It's not all roses with this company.
The share price has gone up by 15% today and I reckon over the next week it'll be wild. My gut feeling is a lot of new investors will start to put money in, while short sellers will do what they can to bring the price down.
