Some backstory: My father John(Not his real name) married my mother Jasmine(Not her real name) when they were really young , my mother was 20 and my father was 23 , they had my older brother Jake(Not his real name) only a year later and then me , eleven years later. My father was a very abusive man after my grandfather passed away in 2010 (when I was born) , because my grandfather(my father’s father) was very close with my mother , maybe even closer than him and my father , so basically my father would yell at my brother and my mother and hit my mother occasionally, one day he was beating her so hard that he broke two of her teeth. My mother didn’t want to raise me and my brother as an only parent so she didn’t get a divorce until 2015. When my father and mother divorced my mother got to watch over me , and my father got to watch over my brother. We lived with my uncle(Mother’s brother) and grandparents(my mother’s parents). Life was hard so my grandfather decided to become a truck driver, because in my country that is one of the highest paying jobs. Meanwhile my brother was living with my father. My brother was so scared of him that he couldn’t do anything. He didn’t even try to speak with my mother or tell anyone about my father’s actions, because he wouldn’t allow him. One day my brother was helping my father in the garage and he made a mistake of some kind so my father decided to beat him up. He broke his nose and my father broke his arm whilst beating him. Eventually my brother decided to runaway from him in 2019 and came home with me , my mom and our stepdad. I forgot to mention but I had to visit my father every second and forth’s week , weekend , so only 4 days a month and the whole month of August. My grandmother(father’s mother) was still alive back then and I stayed with her almost all the time so that wasn’t a problem. But in 2021 my grandmother passed away due to Covid , I missed her a lot and still miss her , she was such a sweet person. After my grandmother passed away my father decided to re-marry because he felt alone. He married a woman that was my teacher from 1st to 4th grade. The house that my father lived in was in very bad condition with old furniture and black mold almost in every room , and because he was ashamed of his house he wanted to do a whole renovation of the house(2 floors, 2 balconies , 1 bathroom , 2 bedrooms , 1 kitchen and 2 living rooms) to impress her. He only renovated when I was around and we started with their bedroom. I made some mistakes and when I did he yelled at me. Then we continued with one of the living rooms , same story , I make a small mistake and he starts yelling at me , then the kitchen , then the second living room , then my room. We stopped for a while and I actually liked going there. One day he announced to me that his wife was pregnant and I was so happy for them. He wanted his house to be perfect before the baby was born so he wanted to renovate the bathroom when I was visiting in August. One day I was helping him as usual and he asked me to move some stuff from inside to the backyard. I had previously made some mistakes and he was really mad. In these stuff there was a screwdriver that was specifically for something and he didn’t have one like it. He asked me where I had put it and I said that I didn’t know. He got mad and threw the bucket that was used for a trash bin at the time at me and told me that he was going to beat me up. Whilst he was distracted with something inside , I decided to runaway. I ran to a supermarket that was like 500 meters away from his house. He started calling me a lot , so I blocked his number. I called my brother and asked if he could pick me up , he said “yeah sure” but he didn’t know what had happened. While I was waiting for him I saw a classmate and told him the whole story , he was very supportive about it. My brother came to pick me up and when he saw my “work clothes” he instantly knew what happened. We arrived home and told the story to my family. They supported me , because something similar, even worse has happened to them too. They went to talk to him and return the work clothes. Also my charger and backpack were there so they had to pick them up. My mother and father talked and my mom said that I won’t be going there again. Two weeks later , we wanted to meet up with my father and talk about how I wouldn’t be going there anymore , but every time we called him , he didn’t pick up the phone. An hour later he texted my mother that he was out of town. My mom decided to buy meat from a store close to where my father works , because they probably have the best meat in town. Then she spotted him at his work. We realised that he didn’t want to meet , because he was scared of my brother. The Friday came. I had to go there by schedule. We met where we always met when he picked me up. It was only me and my mother , my brother was at work. My mom told him that I didn’t want to see him anymore, but he shut her of and said “I just want to talk to him for a bit” my mother stepped aside , my dad asked me “what’s up”and “how are you” I told him stop acting like you care and got straight to the point. I told him “I don’t want to see you ever again” he told me “Okay , No problem , I won’t make you do anything you don’t want” my mother started telling him something and he drove off like the pussy he is. I, recently, applied for AMEX Gold . However, during vKYC, the agent told me that my name had an issue-- It was missing a space. She asked me to correct it and reapply as soon as it gets rejected. When I retried, I got a message telling me I have to wait for 3 months before retrying again.
So, I tried going for MRCC card. This time I noticed that my name, as per Aadhaar, is not fitting inside the 15 character window. This time, my MRCC application got blocked as well. I am so frustrated with this experience. Literally, no other bank has pointed out this as an issue. Please Help me. What are my options right now? Any directions would be appreciated.

The problem isn't necessarily that you don’t know what do to lose weight. The problem is not that you dont have the ability to lose weight. The problem isn't that something is inherently preventing you from losing weight.
The problem I have found with most people is that they seem to have an issue with the “cost” associated with becoming fitter and getting the physique you want.
A lot of people will say they want to get in better shape and lose more weight, but then do not follow up with the appropriate actions
I don't think it is from a lack of understanding, or even a lack of capability, I think it is more associated with just not understanding that their is a cost associated with looking the way you want to look, or having the body composition you want to have
You may have to wake up earlier than usual to get your workout in. You will have to prepare meals a week ahead of time so you don't fall off your diet.
Think of the last time you went shopping for Shoes at the mall.
During check out when the cashier read the price, you didn’t sit there and start bartering with them, you simply handed over your card or cash and paid for the items because you u understand that the cost of things just simply is what it is
This same principle should be applied to reaching your fitness, nutrition , and fat loss goals

26M. Around end of September I had a ultrasound done which showed mild NAFLD. Had some blood work done a few weeks later to determine cause of my chronic cough and I noticed it showed high liver markers (ggt, direct bilirubin) and high triglycerides (3.23 mmol/L). my triglycerides have been high up to about 6-8months before this from a prior blood test.
Yesterday I went to the hospital for unrelated issues and it showed high liver markers once again. ALT : 174 AST : 50 GGT : 86
I have been taking a lot of medication for my cough including antibiotics, cough syrups, antihistamines and steroids. I’m not sure if this could have exacerbated my liver condition.
I’m concerned what this might indicate. The hospital didn’t really give much details and instead said to follow up with my family doctor.
Im not sure what these indicate and if I should be worried as well.
