2024.11.25 20:50 HarvardUndergrad2018 Got rejected after a job after 9 days, do they even care.
I spent a long time making my resume good. I had multiple people look at it, and it was in ATS format. I sent that bad boy out, thinking I had a shot. Nope, it took 9 days of silence and one short email to know my fate. AI has made life so much more of a grind than I thought it would. The world seems to move forward effortlessly while I remain rooted in place, lost in the shadows of my ambitions and dreams.

The "Dietitian I" position is used as an example to illustrate the value of the dollar and reduction in buying power, but the percentage of wages is applicable to all HSAA staff. This doesn't take into account that if HSAA staff had appropriate wage increases in the past 7 years that they would have been able to invest that income (earn interest). Not only has there been a significant reduction in buying power, there is a loss in potential wealth, as people spend a greater percentage of their income on needs and have less potential to contribute to their investments. Even if HSAA got a 14-16% increase now, that wouldn't make up for those lost opportunities. Feel free to share to help justify why HSAA deserves better! Other directions: Add the broccoli to 9x13 pan, cut up the chicken and add, then break up the buratta cheese over the chicken broccoli. Bake. Once done baking drizzle some balsamic glaze. So.. how long should this cook for and at what temp? 2024.11.25 20:50 KOWguy (Mobile) Is there a way to prevent momentary dips in internet connection from freezing my game for 15 - 30 seconds?
I play mobile only, and this is a struggle for me on both Wi-Fi (anywhere, not just at home) and while on 4g/5g. If my connection falters for a split second, I will be frozen for anywhere from 15 to 30 seconds, most of the time it results in me getting kicked to the login screen. If I try to establish a stronger connection by switching from Wi-Fi to data or vice versa, there's 99% chance I'm just straight up disconnected and kicked to login, but once in a while it unfreezes the game instantly.
If it matters, I'm on an S23 Ultra, app is up to date with background data usage enabled, and unrestricted battery mode enabled for the app,

My 11 month old dachshund has been on Prozac for 12 days, and it seems that he is getting way more anxious than before. He has been completely panicked all day today indoors with the windows opened. This never used to happen before. He is on the lowest dose possible given his weight (4mg / day). Has anyone experienced anxiety getting worse before it gets better?

Okay, so I cannot stress it enough how much I loved the show Rivals. I absolutely loved something after so long that I had to finish it in 3 days even though my schedule is jampacked. I remember the movie Rush that was remotely similar, full of thrill, wit, and rivalry. What else is out there that I would love based on Rivals?

After years of watching the original I started with TYBW and a few questions popped up that I don't think I thought of when watching the original.
For starters, what are souls? We know that some are humans who died but there are also noble families which makes me assume people is being born in the Soul Society. Can souls actually have children? And if so, can they really be considered "souls"?
And also, what are Shinigami? We know some humans became Shinigami after dying but there had to be some in the beginning, before humanity. Are they gods? Are they mixing gods and humans in the same organization and expeting them to perform equally? Because that's a bit far fetched if you ask me
There's also the question of Quincy going to Soul Society. I mean, Quincy are technically human but they go into the world of souls and interact with them as if they were souls. Are they dead and that's how they got there? Because if not killing them would be really easy - just get rid of their physical bodies.
And speaking about death, what happens to a soul when it dies?
Anyway, bear in mind I just started the first season of TYBW so if any of this is explained later I'd appreciate it if I don't get any spoilers
