My son really would like a train table/train set for Christmas. I know next to nothing about model trains. My grandpa had a huge train collection that he meticulously cared for (I believe it was all gauge N size) and as a kid I loved to watch the trains but that is the extent of my understanding. My son is almost 4 (so yes very young) but he is pretty mature for his age (he enjoys playing with all my dad's old metal collector construction vehicles). I think the wooden train sets for toddlers would become boring in a day or two for him.
I would like to get him started on a model train set of some kind instead. I know I don't want to get him a very advanced set but I am trying to find a balance between something that would be age appropriate for him now that could also grow with him for a year or 2 and not be boring. I plan to have my husband build him a train board or table and I thought I would paint it for him and maybe do some basic scenery to get him started and painting some roads for his small matchbox cars. I wanted to know what train set people might recommend. I have seen some recommendations for the Marklin My World Series. I also saw the Lionel Ready to Play sets which looked cute and fun. My other thought was getting inexpensive/used HO sets.
Any recommendations for sets that would be fun and age appropriate in the 4ish range but also the possibility to be intriguing and grow for a year or two?

Il flair è "fondo pensione" ma in realtà la domanda riguarda anche i contributi versati all'INPS.
Non ho ben chiaro a chi vadano a finire i contributi una volta deceduti. Onestamente mi seccherebbe vedere mia moglie e mio figlio privati dei miei soldi e vederli regalati allo Stato. Immagino che non sia così, ma non sono sicuro.
Quindi, gli scenari sono due:
- sono ancora giovane e muoio senza vedere mai la pensione
- sono già in pensione
Nel CASO 2 so che esiste la pensione di reversibilità, ma non ho capito se spetta sempre a tutti, se spetta a determinate categorie di lavoratori, in diverse percentuali, etc.
Aiutatemi a fare chiarezza, e a recuperare i miei soldi anche da morto.

Hi all,
I have been working at a salon for 4 months and I’m really disliking it. Long story short, I love doing the actual treatments but everything else including the pay isn’t working for me.
My intention was to always open up my own place but now I’m thinking about doing that sooner rather than later. How do I quit and do I tell them I’m opening up my own place? I’m a people pleaser and I don’t want to upset anyone. I haven’t signed a contract or anything but I want to be professional and go about things in the right way while still protecting myself.
