Hello,
1) I notice synthesis libraries has some way lower than typical voltage option. For example, typical voltage 0.7V, there are some library option goes as low as 0.495V, which < 10% of 0.7V. When are these ultra low voltage library option being used?
2) What is the typical clock uncertainty? I've been asked to run synthesis with as much as 25% clock uncertainty. It feels like someone is trying to push the RTL design to give as much flexibility for the backend tasks.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Problem/Goal: Why I have no Friends? Why I feel like they dont like me even outside the school.
Context: Bakit po kaya wala akong friends sa school or kahit outside the school, naiingit po kasi ako sa mga kaedad ko na madami silang friends, (I am 19) parang feeling ko po na ayaw ng mga tao makipag kaibigan sakin, and kahit saan po ako mapunta parang walang gusto makipag kaibigan, kahit na nakikisama po ako sa kanila pero parang sila di nila ako pinakikisamahan, I experiencing this since I was Elementary up until now I am First year college and diko po alam kung ano yun kulang sakin bakit ayaw nila ako pakisamahan ng ayos, Ive been thinking that most of the time, parang di po nila ako trinatrato ng maayos. Can anyone help me on how can I get a friend or solve what Is my problem.

2024.11.25 21:30 Sans_Sideswipe I just realized Legends actually introduced a way to fix these guy’s biggest issue
 | Autocounters hurt these guys probably more than any other unit because is directly conflicts with what this character is entirely built around, which is comboing for long periods of time. Before I didn’t think it could be done with so many autocounters and knowing Legends every other Ultra will have one. But when they next get buffed via Zenkai/Equip, it is IMPERATIVE that they gain this ability cause in doing so would actually allow them to become viable again. So, I have currently the problem that I don't know how to invite strangers into my world. I want to host a Co-Op Game, and when I click on "Multiplayer" I can join other worlds but how can I myself create that?
I am AR 30 and my characters are all lvl. 40 unfortunatly overleveled my world and need to beat a specific boss to level up my characters, I already tried to lower my world rank to 2 but the bosses keep smashing me xD

I’ve been having problems when it came to depicting pokémon fights in some of my stories, mostly because I don’t want them to feel repetitive or boring for the reader (As there is one idea I’ve had that implied a good amount of battling as the MC went along their own journey).
And I wanted to ask for some suggestions or examples as to how to make the battles.

Had a bit of a thing for a coworker of mine for a year or so, its annoying because i know that the age gap and difference in life experience are an issue but we seem to click really well like we are soulmates or something its something ive never really had with anyone before. I think i made it pretty obvious for a period of time that i liked her without straight out saying it and she definately knows or knew at one point that i liked her. I dont think its reciprocated though unless im an idiot and didnt realise but its not a great idea anyway since we are coworkers.
