I like Marty but lately it seems to me that he doesn't know what he's doing (I don't neccessarily mean it in a bad way). Based on how the team is playing I understand it but still.
Firstly, he replaced Slaf on the first line (while Slaf was a PPG player) with Dach when Dach was playing horribly and was the worst player on the team. He actually played more games with Suzi and Cole than Slaf with them this season.
Marty gave Dach all the opportunities in the world but he still wasn't able to do anything with it.
So now I think Marty punishes Slaf for everything (deservingly) because giving free chances didn't work on Dach. (This is maybe just my impression but to me it looks like Slaf is kinda playing with fear or scared to be creative or try something new.)
Then there are players who perform and try their best every night (for example Gally) but then guys like Newhook get promoted.
I would like to see the hard-working player get promoted (temporarily) rather than a player who sucks just as much as the demoted one. Because now it's not even a real message.
Also I know it's easy to say now but Marty probably should have had this attitude from the beggining of the season and not give free chances to Dach over and over again. Because now it kinda seems Marty has favorites (I know it's not the case but if I were a player I would get mixed signals from this whole situation).
I'm just getting weird vibes. I think Marty is a great coach and I strongly believe he should stay here for a long time but I think he himself is a big part why this team is playing badly right now.

Sziasztok! 25 éves lány vagyok és évek óta küzdök a vállammal. Eleinte nem volt vészes, csak néha-néha jelentkezett, viszont az utóbbi 1 hónapban már naponta jelentkező probléma. Annyira fájni szokott, hogy képtelen vagyok felemelni a kezem, olyan mintha valami feszítené és egyszerűen nem engedné feljebb. Fáj, nem mozog úgy, mint a másik, és néha van, hogy ilyen “kattogó” hangot is hallok, ha úgy mozgatom. Mindezeken túl néha már olyan erős a fájdalom, hogy átsugárzik a nyakamba és a fejembe, erős fejfájást okozva.
Próbáltam már kenőcsöt, tapaszt, sprayt, de semmi sem használt, vagy ha igen akkor csak max 1-2 óráig.
Az lenne a kérdésem, hogy valakinek volt-e már ilyen vagy hasonló problémája, vagy valaki tudja-e, hogy mi lehet a probléma?
Mindenképp elmegyek a háziorvosomhoz megnézetni, de sajnos az még minimum egy hét, gondoltam addig valaki hátha tud valami okosat mondani🥹

I am trying to figure out how to replicate the simplicity of the zoneA/zoneB toggles of AVRs of the last several decades.
Basically I have a second/adjacent room I cannot easily run wires to. So would like to put musiccast in that room. But not have to deal with a phone app (kid friendly....so they don't have to ask us to mess with the audio to have it sometimes extend to another room).
Hitting a button on the receiver to turn on zone B seems easy. Any way for musiccast to "take over" that responsibility? Or do I need to keep an old phone around just to control where audio plays? Seems silly. Any way this can be controlled from the AVR?.

 | I’m trying not to get bummed out here, but does anyone have any idea what I can do with this mound system? This is our first home that we settle on next month. We found out through inspections that the septic needed to be replaced which thankfully, for the sellers and our deal, a grant through the county mostly paid for. However, the septic was just completed and it takes up a good chunk of our backyard. My idea was to increase the time to change target to a high figure for around 10 seconds so that the AI won't change aimpoint while the missile is in flight. The issue I am having is that the 1 frame pulse of 1 will not activate the maths evaluator to make the rest of the board work. Is there a better way to capture the one frame pulse from the Firing Event? Can someone explain exactly how the Firing Event from the missile controller works?
