2024.11.25 22:25 TV11Radio 45k more miles and 2 less bars for $1,000 less?
I am picking between 2 2016 Leaf options. Option A is an SV with 60,000mi and 9 of 12 bars. Option B is an S with 15,000mi and 11 bars but costs $1000 more. Would you guys save the $1000? 2024.11.25 22:25 darksoothsayer What self care have you been doing to get you through the aftermath of surgery?
I just feel useless, I'm 12 days post op from ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair & the surgeon did something to my pcl to enhance stability as I play rugby and I am planning to return next season. I'm partial weight bearing and using crutches.
My partner said I looked like I'm losing weight yesterday, I asked where & she said my ass, had a look at my legs and it's not weight loss it's muscle loss, my legs look different again which sucks.
The day before my crutch slid when I was coming out the bathroom due and I nearly fell, my knee went out the way, I didn't feel anything snap or crack or tear so I know it's okay but it still sucks
Today I cried because I was hungry, made some ramen noodles, managed to take them to the living room, sat down and then spilt them down my leg, didn't burn myself luckily but obviously got a pretty big fright. I then spent half an hour crying cause I woke my partner up, I wasn't able to clean the mess up and I had to shower again.
The first few days were good, the little wins made me real happy I was able to do a leg raise 2 days post op, when I was able to, go downstairs myself & being able to shower myself. It felt good, it felt like progress but now I just feel so useless, I feel like I can't do anything, I feel like a burden to my partner and it really fucking sucks.

So there’s this guy I really liked right? I kinda hinted at liking him before he told me that he liked me. Before this, he admitted that he liked me for a year prior, before getting a gf, and then breaking up. I told him that I liked him too & we started talking. The issue is that I feel like he doesn’t actually like me. Maybe he’s pretending because he doesn’t have other options. He’s always asking for nudes or something sexual, but then would immediately say “You don’t have to if you don’t want to. I don’t wanna make you uncomfortable” or something like that. He’s horrible at texting too, never texting me until HOURS have passed. But he’s also been my friend for 2 years, and would always be there for me and my mental health issues. He’d check up on me & didn’t make me feel weird like others did. So is he telling the truth? Or is he pretending?
