I'm rewatching. I can't remember if I got to the end last time, lol. At any rate, this time I'm bugged by the fact the Handmaids and Marthas don't take off the caps and scarves when they're trying to escape. They're in the dark woods and trucks are shining floodlights in to find them and they've got these damn white caps on! That is just plain dumb IMO.

I keep on seeing motivational quotes like “knowing what you want in life will take you much further than if you don’t” and I can’t help but find it extremely frustrating.
I’m 26 yo, did a law degree, passed the bar, can’t find a job as a lawyer and frankly i’m starting to feel like I just don’t want it. The problem is i’ve tried following techniques to find what i want to do and I just can’t seem to stick to one thing.
I’ve tried finding my Ikigai and doing personality tests. I’ve tried journaling and focusing on what i understand about the life i want. All of that hasn’t really help me understand what i want to do in life.
Am I really never going to find what I want to do?

Just found a post about holostars content.
Half the comments are about how some just don’t like holostars for some reason and people get really antagonistic about it. Like there’s so many downvoted comments that’s way more than you would see in a normal post.
Why? It’s just the boys side of the company so why are people so upset about holostars content in this sub or in general? Is there some context I’m missing here or is it something really simple?

2024.11.26 00:20 Metzhead Running With My Dog
Hi there, I have an 75 lb, six year old Coonhound who is generally in good shape. He's tall and powerful. I sometimes take him running (jogging really) with me in the mornings. We do about three miles, all on concrete and pavement. Outside temperatures are 32 to 70 degrees here in the autumn.
Occasionally I see him licking at his joints. Not every day. I'm wondering if there are any general guidelines about running with a hound dog this size? I would hate to have to curtail an activity we both love (and sometimes hate if I'm honest) because I'm causing him arthritis. Appreciate any help or advice thanks!

A quick Google suggests that antihistamines should not be taken for 30 days after surgery because they have a drying effect on the nostrils. Currently day 25 post-op, almost Day 26, and I'd like to return to taking some every so often especially for sleep. But what is everyone's experiences with this?

I’m trying to build a character with kk lots of magical abilities so I’m thinking of a variant human bard with the magic adept feat. And then take some sorcerer spells.
So in the end it’d probably be 6 lvls in creation bard 2 in divination wizard for portent And then magic adept in sorcerer
I haven’t played many magic classes and cool spell combos I could try to go for? I was thinking catapult and then making tnt or something with my bars of creation powers and launching it at enemies
Any other ideas?

27F. Calcium intake is too low. Low vitamin d, lower end of normal magnesium, higher end of normal blood calcium despite my low calcium intake (about 250-300mg a day) which is alarming. Can’t take calcium supplements due to kidney stones. Any ideas on how to get the full 700mg rda for calcium a day through diet? I don’t eat dairy, do I have to start? Any advice would be great thanks.
