 | Hey! So I met this really cute guy at a rave last saturday and we had a really great time, talked a lot, danced together and kissed. Sadly he had to go earlier because his friend wasn't feeling well. I have a client who hired me to work as a personal assistant for their relative. I was hired to finish up a job for them, it would’ve probably taken an hour or so, not that long.
The relative in question needed a reschedule for a health issue. A cancellation was made within 24 hours, also for the same health issue. I do not wish to charge a cancellation fee, but I know task rabbit handles this automatically. I don’t know them too well, but I’ve worked for them before and know that the reason for the cancellation is truthful.
I’m currently reaching out to support, but in the meantime is there any way to not accept a fee? This would’ve been my only task rabbit job for tomorrow, wouldn’t have interfered with any planned schedule or other jobs, and I would’ve been paid the same amount if I were to show up as opposed to the client cancelling. It feels wrong to accept a fee like this given the circumstances.

 | I'll try and breifly explain my reasoning for all of these positions, even the ones that are pretty obvious Man Vs Nature: Sonic Adventure This was one of the harder ones to find. I was thinking about putting lost world here, but also i dont like lost world. plus, Adventure's main villain literally came into being to protect the chao, and if the echidnas hadnt been greedy, he wouldn't have shown up. Man Vs Society: Shadow The Hedgehog This one's very explicit. Shadow has routes in which he either goes against human society, or the black arms society Man Vs Technology: Sonic CD A big theme in Sonic media is generally nature vs technology, especially in the early days, but Sonic CD easily does it the best. With the attempt to take back the future from robotniks mechanical rule. Man Vs Man: Sonic Adventure 2 Shadow is the closest thing to Sonics opposite, even if he was made in a lab. Also of course, Gerald was the one pulling the strings the whole time, so that works too. Man Vs Self: Sonic Frontiers This one was probably the (second) hardest, but Frontiers clicked just right. Not only does Sonic have to fight against his own cyber corruption, but he also has to fight against what he did to accidentally break the seal and free The End. Man Vs Reality: Sonic (X Shadow) Generations This one should be obvious, since Time Eater literally breaks reality within the first 5 minutes of the game Man Vs God: Sonic 06 Considering the main villain of this game is the literal god of time, this one should make sense. I think this is the only time a sonic villain is referred to as a god, though correct me if I'm wrong Man Vs No God: Sonic Unleashed This one might seem weird, but if you think of Chip as God, it kinda makes more sense. Chip is the only one who can stop Dark Gaia, but he loses his memories and essentially his status. So essentially, Chip is no longer a God. And Sonic has to figure out how to stop Dark Gaia without that power. Man Vs Author: Sonic Boom This was definitely the hardest, but I think I settled on the perfect one, and it's Sonic Boom. There are 2 reasons why. 1: The TV show. It's known for poking fun at sonic as a franchise as well as its fans 2: Sonic Boom as a whole. The entirety of Sonic Boom was a massive failures commercially for Sega, and caused Sonic to be plummeted lower than it had arguably ever been.
