I just found my community well listed on the EPA’s website as a superfund site. I’m confused and a bit concerned. It has a listing within the superfund enterprise management system, but all the fields are basically blank. Doesn’t say what the contaminant was or what action was taken or anything.
If anyone is curious it’s the Austin Well in Austin, NV, 89310

I live in Canada and it’s quite cold this week — 10°F and lower at times. It snowed earlier this week. I own a 2020 GLE 350 with 50,000 KM and in excellent condition.
I’ve recently noticed a usual wind whistle when I’m driving above 30 km/h. Can’t figure out where it’s coming from. Any ideas on how to pinpoint where it’s coming from? Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks

I'm building an all-in-one platform for home repairs where users can find step-by-step DIY repair guides or match with professionals if the repair is too difficult or requires expertise – saving users time and money while also providing professionals customers who are actually serious about getting a repair done. I have done home repairs myself and have found it rewarding once I've fixed something. However, some people might find DIY tedious and frustrating.
I thought about gamifying the platform where you can earn badges and awards for DIY projects you've completed as motivation to combat tediousness and frustration. It seems like a great idea, but I was wondering if gamification has been applied to physical learning platforms successfully. Any success stories you've heard of or resources you could provide? The only app I've heard about is Zombie Run.

2024.11.26 00:30 mr_beanoz For those who bought energy drinks in Indonesia, due to either living there or having a vacation there, what are yout thoughts on the brands that are sold there?

There are local variants of Thai brands, namely M-150 and Kratingdaeng (available in glass bottles and yellow cans just like the Thai version), local variant of Red Bull (the classic slim blue and silver can, that are priced in a premium compared to Kratingdaeng) and local brands like Hemaviton. However, they also sold energy drinks in powdered form, with brands such as Extra Joss, Kukubima and Hemaviton being the popular ones.
For the more budget ones, there are also local brands that sell them in small plastic cups such as Panther and Power-F.
I haven't been to supermarkets in large cities for a long time, so I have no idea about the existence of imported energy drink brands in our country such as Monster, Rockstar and such.
What are your thoughts about the energy drink brands sold in the country?

2024.11.26 00:30 Permanent-sabbatical Pup is Starting to show signs of Aggressive behavior.

My little guy was being bad at doggy daycare today. I’ve been bringing him there 3 Days a week for the past 5 Months, and now he’s suddenly getting in dog’s faces and biting their ears.
So I asked the worker what she did about it! She snapped at me and said they do anything, and that It’s my job to train my dog. The whole reason he goes to daycare is so he can play with other dogs and be meet other people! I didn’t want him to develop attachment issues. I don’t have any other dogs or know anyone who does! How do I correct a behavior when I never witness it happening?

It was so nice to see Terry Baralt and Joan together. Terry has been undergoing cancer treatment and her doctor gave her to OK to travel with Anamaria and be here today to support her nephews. This family never ceases to amaze me with how much love, support, and forgiveness they have for each other. They’ve been through so much it’s unfathomable.
