Anyone here record every show they do? I've built an app suite that helps artists and event organizers capture, package, and release complete recordings of every event.
The suite, called Meddly, is getting ready to roll out in the next couple of weeks and am looking for testers!
The app is really easy to use. Create an event, setup cameras, and record. After the content has been captured, almost everything is automated. The final output is a single video file. The file has a single source of audio and changes between available camera angles every couple of seconds.
Each event requires an event manager. Teams can set up as many mobile devices as they wish for recording. Once the event manager's video starts, all additional camera start recording. When the manager's video ends, all additional cameras stop recording. Little teams can use this to scale productions.
I'm currently implementing additional video and audio uploads. So if you want to swap out the primary audio signal with a more polished audio feed, you can easily do so. I'll be adding support for non-mobile devices soon too. That way teams can upload additional video from sources like drones!
I'll also be adding support for creating sequences of short-form video. Then you can use the clips to promote on social media!

Hello! This question is for all fellow teachers, with more or less experience. Maybe this will be longer, but I have to vent.
I am a young teacher from Europe. I have always loved the idea of being a teacher, I love to teach and I decided to become one out of pure joy and love. But, as I started working, after two years of working in multiple (to be precise, 5) different schools (always as a substitute for someone on maternity leave, pregnancy, illness etc - here is very difficult to get a steady job, first you just jump in as a substitute until a real chance appears). OH, HOW THE TABLES TURN...I already feel like I hate this job! The point is - not because of the teaching, lesson planing, administration - but because of the students. They make me lose all the motivation.
In these two years I have worked with various groups, from 7 to 14 years old. Right now I am workind as a teacher to students from 6 to 10 years old in combined classroom where I have 28 students of different age. My class in not a regular class AND IT IS NOT MANDATORY so I have to be very careful with everything I do (if I lose too many students, I lose the job), it's something they stay in after a regular school and parents pick them up when they can. Until then, I have to help them write homework, check every homework, practice whatever they need, have some creative activities etc. It's very exhausting. I have to prepare for multiple groups every single day plus think of creative activities, extra worksheets etc. That wouldn't be the problem if I felt it was worth it. But, two main issues occur to me. How do you deal with:
1) Disrespectful students that don't like anything? Kids these days are impossible, lazy, difficult to satisfy and I feel like I have to be the CLOWN, not the teacher. I prepare a couple of worksheets they can choose from, coloring pages, they have games, puzzles, cartoons, physical activity, time outside on a playgroung - every day they have plenty activities to choose from... But still, never satisfied and I feel exhausted from preparing something creative and fun because a couple of them never seem to like it. Always complaining, they are always bored after they finish their homework, but never want to do anything?
2) One of my students' father is a person of power (and also has the future of my job in his hands so to say) and that child, even though first grader, seems to be brave enough to tell me anything, to complain all the time, she talks non stop and I don't know how to deal with this situation.
