Did anyone have a problem coming out to their family? I’m 15 with a boyfriend, and i’m obviously gonna have to tell them eventually. That’s the problem though, both sides of my family are homophobic, so what am I supposed to do? Wait till i’m 18 and out of the house before I tell them?

I recently bought an arctic nova pro and when I turn then on it stays blinking white forever and doesn't connect to the base station. I also can't turn them off. I need to remove the battery and wait a bit and enter in paring mode to pair them again. After that they work. Why is that and how can I fix it?

I made Butternut Squash soup yesterday. The original recipe is below. I added half a Granny Smith apple before cooking and added 1/2 cup full fat cottage cheese and 15oz. Great Northern canned beans before blending to increase protein. It turned out very bland but with a strong rosemary flavor and a grainy texture from the beans. I've tried adding small amounts (in a tasting bowl) of cumin, salt, pepper, msg and honey. Do you have any ideas to make it more flavorful?

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 large yellow onion, chopped
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 (3-pound) butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cubed
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
½ tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
3 to 4 cups chicken broth
Freshly ground black pepper

2024.11.25 22:50 LynchPinne Tips for minimizing smells? Trying to sell fiancé on an aquarium!

So- long story short is my fiancé had siblings who owned several different pets growing up. He very much did not like the smell involved for some of them (namely aquatic animals and guinea pigs).
Recently we hit up a pet shop just to look around and I brought the possibility of getting something a bit smaller, like shrimp. The tanks there did have a bit of scent to them but it was more 'aquarium' and less animal waste, if that makes any sense. Still too much for his liking.
I was wondering if there was any way to mitigate any possible smells besides regular maintenance and cleaning? The list of animals we can have with our current lifestyle is very short so I was wondering if there was some possible solution I could talk to him about.
The likelihood of us getting any kind of aquarium is still pretty low but solutions would be good to keep in mind! Thank you so much!

Just wondering as I’m reaching a point of realizing I may have to part from the clinic and go through other methods of buying test, for instance my second script of test for 3 months of 100mgs per week is 470 if I pay cash and 520 if I pay card. Seems ridiculously expensive regardless of the fact that there’s no insurance considering the price of test from second hand sellers and online sites. Just wanted some input on how much others price for if this is normal. ?

He straight up harassed my friends at Forsyth Park today and told us he planned on killing 2 people tonight which was either a very bad joke or just a fact?? He sat down by out blanket and mind you we are all 20 year old kids just trying to have a nice time and he's calling us slurs and trying to be friendly I think?? I faked a phone call and grabbed everyone and ran. He talked about himself like he was a big deal and everyone knows him and I'm just curious to know if he's just a sad homeless man or a genuine threat to people?

I visited this house when it was priced at 550,000 but it was above our budget and I had hoped it would come below 500,000. Today I saw the price drop to 385,000 and being sold by auction - I am not sure why. I noticed there is a mosque near by but can that really impact the price that much? The house has been recently completely furbished and seems underpriced at 385. Is there something I am missing?

He's awesome and id like to run him successfully. Yeah i know he doesn't show up on top 10 pvp and that not every level needs the same few units, but i want a pretty legit arena team and to be able to run him in expeditions and giants/dragons/confusion etc
Best relics? (Game says vertmere or desolation. Anybody have differing arguments?)
Best arc light?
Up to 40% more damage on his unique arc can be great, but it's slow to build in most content. [Justice has arrived] is a powerful healing arclight to keep him up longer. Or [perception] for big dmg reduction, but cocytus is slow and will be the last attacker most of the time and already live/die from ult attacks. But in here for iinsight.
And what teams. Would you say he fits in well?
Armor bedo, lupisregina and a dps work fair but I'm open to ideas. The dps ranging from mage albedo or demi or momon. Once in a yuri as the 1 tank
If there are spreadsheets for this all the better.(saying team comps and how to build units etc)

I am a Dasher and a customer. I ordered something from the app a couple of days ago, and I got this screen towards the end of the order process. I know this, of course, but I don't recall having ever seen this screen before, and I order from DD probably at least 2-3 times/month. There have been times where it's been more.
I'm curious if this is market-dependent, and what people's thoughts are, both customers and Dashers.
As a Dasher, I like it, obviously. But I am curious about whether it actually motivates people to tip better. I tip well, always have, but maybe if people were more aware of the fact that their tip does usually determine how quickly their order is accepted/delivered and mayithe quality of service, we might see an improvement on that front.
As a customer, tbh I'm pretty neutral. I'm also well experienced in service industries, so it might work on me if I didn't know the score.
Thoughts?
