Hello everyone, was just hoping for some advice and info really. I'm 26, 6ft1 and weigh 185lbs/84kg. I wanna jump on a SARM to build muscle mass. I was thinking either mk677 or rad140 or perhaps both. What are the alternatives if any? Thank you in advance :)

I swear up and down on my life that I saw what I saw last time I went into his phone and chrome history. Now, today, none of it is there anymore. And I haven’t even brought up what I had seen to him yet. It’s all gone before I even had the chance to, and my dumbass didn’t take screenshots/photos of certain things I had seen.
Now, it’s all wiped clear. Literally what?! Has anyone else dealt with this? Their partner catching onto you before you even have the chance to mention it? This is insane.

Hey ik these two are vastly different but im looking for anime suggestions that uses singing in them like to battle their enemies kinda deal. I really loved these 2 so im wondering if its not done much or at all because i havent found any at all after macross delta 😭. I dont want to watch the other macross series because i cant get into them for some reason its only been Delta that i was able to watch in full.

I'm an experienced wow player, mainly did PVP but i'm looking to adventure into PVE content now specifically M+. Should I roll DPS or TANK?
Are there long queues or harder to find group as DPS? (Not looking for the easiest but which will be best end game)
Any other opinions? or tips on where to start?

So looking for a recommendation for Charleston Style Fence (cap & trim) it’s going to be a 2x4 as the cap and the fence pickets sandwiched between two 1-4 (3/4”)
So I got a 5/8” fence picket to be attached to 3/4”
What is my fastern of choice?
Was thinking I need a 1” screw or 15g nail gun with a 1” but both seem hard to find.

We know that Tabitha and Jade originally were the parents of one of the children, so it seems like it doesn't have to be your own child that you sacrifice in order for it to work.

Hey
I'm struggling to find a professional in the UK who has experience with tado. They keep recommending for me to use hive (or nest, which I already have). I'm hoping if I know the things I need to get I can atleast just get a professional to install the thermostats with the wiring etc and I can figure out the trv stuff with the app.
I'm in a 3 story new build house that already comes with Google nest thermostats. One thermostat is on the ground floor (which controls ground floor radiators + hot water (on/off) and the other is in thy first floor which controls heating on the top two floors).
Boiler - Ideal logic heat h18 (I couldn't find this boiler on tado website, but I'm hoping it's supported. It does not have opentherm).
Hot tank - Range Tribune XE.

Method: To compare the time performance of popular Excel search functions, I conducted a series of tests:
- Lookup Tests:
- 1,000 lookups performed on randomly generated arrays of varying sizes:
- 1,000, 10,000, 100,000, and 1,000,000 rows.
- Arrays contained text strings of uniform length within each trial, with matching values randomly positioned.
- String Length Variation Trials:
- Lookup values and array entries varied in length: 6, 10, 14, and 18 characters.
- Purpose: To determine if string length impacts lookup speed.
- Test Repetitions:
- Each test scenario (array size × string length) was repeated multiple times under consistent computer conditions.
- Results of the test repetitions were averaged for accuracy.
Note 1: - Tests involved very large datasets in general. - Differences in performance were relatively small, meaning the best function for most tasks is likely the one you’re most comfortable with.
Note 2: - The comparison between INDEX-MATCH and INDEX-XMATCH focused on the speed difference between the MATCH and XMATCH functions.

 | 11 months ago I was in the hospital with extensive blood clots in both my lungs and my left calf, being told I came dangerously close to dying. My baby daughter was only 2 weeks old and my wife still recovering. What an emotional rollercoaster to get across the finish for my first marathon with them watching. I slammed into the wall hard and could barely keep moving those last 3 miles. My left ankle especially was just killing me (hasn’t really been right since the blood clot). I was hoping to beat 4:45 and ended up with 5:07 when it turned into a battle to make it across the finish line.
