In following cases, I am the one responsible for the damage. However, I accuse Bitmart of not caring at all about the concerns of its customers. I also would not have thought to make this public. But the selfless efforts of other exchanges are so remarkably customer-friendly and uncomplicated, that I want to inform all of you.
1. Sent token to right adress but wrong network - KuCoin Superstars The tokens were no longer on a KuCoin address, so to speak, out of house. Nevertheless, the support took the effort to help me with a guide on how I can save my tokens myself - successfully!

2. Wrong Memo coins are lost - no, not with Binance support During my first transfer of NOT Token over the TON network, my phone went off in between and I subsequently wrote the memo required by Binance incorrectly.
it was an amount of under $35 and I was aware that Binance was not responsible here. Nevertheless, I contacted support - and indeed! The tokens were sent back to the sender's address! Thumbs up, big binance is caring about the $35 from customer

I wonder how a user can still have trust in a service that is not willing to care for its customers. This experience should serve as a warning: Be cautious when choosing BitMart. The lack of support could end up costing you dearly. Look at the attached emails.
I accidentally used the BEP20 network instead of the ERC20 network. The tokens are on a BitMart address that I use for BEP20 transfers. The fees to recover my tokens amount to 0.005 BTC, which is more than double the value of my tokens. Also, two months is unrealistic. While other platforms like Binance and Kucoin offer customer-friendly solutions in similar situations, BitMart doesn't seem to make even the slightest effort to help its users.
Remember: A reliable provider should always be ready to support its customers in difficult situations. BitMart makes it clear here that you should expect more than just the safest trading place. But I will get the 0.005 BTC refunded immediately if the tokens cannot be recovered, who still believes that.

I like to build factories with a logistics floor, and I've tried to blueprint machines with the lifts already attached but without the floors. Unfortunately, I can't seem to clip the blueprint through a floor when I make it. Is there a way around this? Am I even making sense? What do other people do?
If I blueprint the floor then I will not be able to pack machines as efficiently, that's why I don't do it that way.
