One of the biggest challenges that held me back, and continues to affect many other men, is the fear of rejection. This stems from various reasons, but for me, it came from these three main areas: • Carrying too much about what others thought of me. • Not having an abundance mindset. • Unable to turn rejections into lessons These were the issues I needed to address to enhance my ability to connect with people and stop feeling trapped my entire life in my inability to have confident conversations. It took hard work, practice, and recognizing the small wins to get to a point where I didn't let the outcome of a conversation negatively impact me. Keep learning and growing.  | Recently bought a 5x8 enclosed trailer to store some work equipment while traveling. The trailer was obviously rattle canned black along exposed metal parts. The only part I’m concerned about is the A frame where the tongue is. There’s serious rust that was painted over and there are a few holes. I tapped around with a hammer and everything seemed solid except for these few areas. Got an urgent cry for help from a childhood friend about a Vet in trouble. I don't have all the details so I'm hoping someone local or with connections can help. Here are the messages I received.
“A vet needs help, do you have any contacts at the VA in Virginia? Know anyone who does?”
“A veteran friend of my good veteran friend had a PTSD related breakdown. His wife called 911. The cops responded by arresting him and now magistrate is asking for someone from the VA in Virginia to come get him so he can go straight to the hospital, my friend went there this weekend to help, but they said they were going to team him until today and he could not stay long enough for them.”
Anyone know how we can help? Anyone in Virginia have a contact that might know how to help?

Do you have a team helping you with day-to-day tasks? Have you outsourced admin work, or maybe marketing and social media? I’ve been trying to streamline my processes so I can focus on what really matters—serving my clients and growing my business.
One thing that has helped me immensely recently is working with a virtual assistant. Having someone who can take care of routine tasks—like managing emails, organizing documents, coordinating showings, and following up with leads—has given me the bandwidth to actually focus on my clients and what I do best.
