 | Haven't made anything in a while, forgot what a relaxing outlet it can be! Hopefully it's pretty balanced, I think it is. They are all strong values for a 1 drop but I think the inherit downsides even it out -Less chance of drawing what you need -you can't pick which stones or when you get them -1 will be a dead draw, both if you go Esp/Umb Sylveon is basically just a novelty so I can say I added them all without making Eevee's text too cluttered. Made it 3 power so it should win you by 1 point, but isn't busted with Valkyrie. Like 1 in a million odds, but if it does happen, neato! Fairies are supposed to be super rare anyway. (Also I know I didn't need the keywords burned/paralyzed/frozen but I like the added flavor, considering these could never be in the game anyways. 2024.11.25 23:50 Complex-Living-9299 Large GC vs Semi-Large Subcontractor?
I need a little advice or if anyone has any wisdom to share. But I'm in my 3rd year in construction, 1.5yrs as an estimator for a smaller drywall company. I graduated with a business degree, not engineering or CM. The past two days I interviewed with two larger companies. One being in the top 20 ENR last year, the other being a semi-large drywall contractor. My takeaways from the interviews, the GC seemed very interested in me as a person and seemed unbothered by what sort of training I might require and knew I have little to know mechanical/electrical knowledge. Talked growth and a path for me. The subcontractor's interview felt much more intense, quite frankly I felt like I knew 10% of what I should know when leaving the interview. Came in extremely humble and admitted there is so much I needed to learn. I have received an offer already from the GC but I honestly feel 50/50 on if the subcontractor would even offer me. My thoughts are that with the GC, you need a base knowledge of everything and the subcontractors prided themselves on being experts and working extra long hours or reviewing numbers even on vacation cause the "business doesn't stop while you're on vacation". Is this decision as cut and dry as it seems or is the GC most likely omitting how intense things actually are once I'm in?
