I finished BMW a week ago and played ng+ for a while until I saw that finally Spider-man 2 was on sale. I immediately bought it and played it. The game feels boring, low quality cut scenes, and monotonous gameplay. I’m hoping if I play more, it might get interesting but anyone else feel other single player games might’ve been ruined cause of BMW? I wanna play the new dragon age and have my fingers crossed!

I know there is tons of info about Hakone out there but my research has me going in circles.
I plan on going with wife and 5 year old daughter beginning of June for 2 nights/3 days.
Our plan is to visit Lake Ashi, Owakudani, and Open Air Museum. May try Hakone Kowakien Yunessun but not a priority. We will be getting the Hakone Free Pass.
We would love to stay at a decent ryokan that is relatively clean, comfortable, and has an open-air private bath attached to the room. Many places include breakfast and dinner, so quality of food is important to us too. I've been researching for weeks and have narrowed it down to a handful of options. What's challenging is for every 4 position reviews, there will be 1 negative. Also, hard to fully trust the ratings as sites such as Booking, Tripadvisor, and Googlemaps would all have different ratings for the same place.
QUESTIONS:
- How important is location? The two places I'm looking at are Gora and Yumoto. Easy access is a must as we will be carrying 2 large suitcases. Gora seems to be closer to the day-time activities, but Yumoto has more affordable accommodations that fit our preferences.
- Are taxis readily available during the day at each tourist spot? Also, is it easy to get a taxi using the GO app? I've read taxis stop servicing after 7pm and also heard some buses get packed. For example, if getting to Lake Ashi will take 45 minutes on a windy road, I don't think my 5 year old can be standing the whole time so may rather take a taxi out of convenience and comfort.
- Has anyone declined the dinner service at a ryokan and received a discount in return? If the ryokan food is subpar, we may want the option of eating out somewhere. I don't mean to sound cheap and fully understand this will depend on the ryokan but wanted to hear if anyone else had such an experience.

Just as it says. I’ve been using an old squashed down alternative comforter for years and I want to upgrade to something lovely and fluffy. I’ve never owned a down duvet, but I’m open so long as it won’t leak feathers or poke too too much. I have a queen but I’ve heard that getting a king duvet might be the move to feel more enveloped?
I was looking at Brooklinen, but saw that some folks said they were noisy? Is the Target Casaluna one any good?

 | Nagpapintura ako ng kwarto a few months ago and nagkaroon ng white spots sa dingding after a few weeks. Sabi nila nagkaka white spots daw talaga kapag walang primer na nilagay bago patungan ng pintura. Pero nitong mga nakaraan napansin ko na may mga lumalabas na handprints sa wall sa pinaka random na spots na hindi ko naman abot o hinahawakan. Yung pinakahuli parang sabay sabay pa sila naglabasan ang daming kamay. Medyo creepy para sakin kasi parang ang haba pa ng daliri nung mga handprints. May explanation po ba dito para makatulog na ako ulit sa kwarto ko nang matiwasay? Ladies and Gents, after I was honorably discharged July of 2023 I moved into an apartment with my partner at the time and did not use the Final Move that you do when you’re at IPAC. Unfortunately our relationship split and my lease for my expensive apt. is over in 3 weeks, our plan was to move together from Orange County Ca to FL. Now my only place to go is my HOR in Albany NY.
I am wondering how long really do you have for any type of “Final Move”assistance or just any type of aid.
I am thinking of driving across for transporting boxes and stuff. If anyone has any info on resources for vehicles (Van/hauler). Please I will take your fire watch for the holidays.

Tesla's electric vehicles likely would not qualify for California's new state tax credits under a proposal in the works if President-elect Donald Trump scraps the federal tax credit for EV purchases, Governor Gavin Newsom's office said on Monday. Tesla shares closed down 4%. Trump's transition team is considering eliminating the federal tax credit of $7,500 for EV purchases, Reuters reported this month. Tesla CEO Elon Musk, a close Trump adviser, sharply criticized the idea of barring the automaker from EV subsidies writing on X in response "Even though Tesla is the only company who manufactures their EVs in California! This is insane." Musk has said he supports ending subsidies for EVs, oil and gas. Newsom said on Monday that if Trump eliminates a federal EV tax credit, he will propose creating a new version of the state’s Clean Vehicle Rebate Program that ended in 2023 and spent $1.49 billion to subsidize more than 594,000 vehicles. "The governor’s proposal for ZEV rebates, and any potential market cap, is subject to negotiation with the legislature. Any potential market cap would be intended to foster market competition, innovation and to support new market entrants," the office said. California provided up to $7,500 for the purchase or lease of a new plug-in hybrid, battery or fuel cell EV and could potentially be paid for by the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund which is funded by polluters under the state's cap-and-trade program. Musk and Newsom have clashed over state policies such as shutting Tesla's Fremont factory during the pandemic and California's approval of a bill on transgender kids. In 2021, Tesla moved its headquarters from California to Texas, and Musk said this year that his other companies such as SpaceX and social media platform X will follow suit. California has crossed the 2 million mark for sales of zero-emission vehicles, doubling total sales since 2022.
Last month, a California official said he expects the Environmental Protection Agency to approve the state's plan to halt the sale of gasoline-only vehicles by 2035, a proposal that major automakers have met with skepticism. California's rules, which have been adopted by a dozen other states, require 80% of all new vehicles sold in the state be electric by 2035 and no more than 20% plug-in hybrid electric.
