Hey everyone,
I’m 18 years old and have been experiencing some muscle issues recently, with noticeable atrophy in my right leg. However, what’s concerning me now is a tilt in my tongue. When I stick my tongue out, it tilts to the right, looks like its a tongue scoliosis of sort. I’ve never really noticed this before, but since I observed it, I’ve also been feeling some fatigue in my tongue, and it feels weaker than usual.
I’ve had a full EMG of all limbs, brain and spine MRIs, and clinical exams, all of which came back normal. My doctors have ruled out ALS, but I’m still worried. Is a tongue tilt like this indicative of bulbar ALS?

No meu caso, na ficção é Graciliano Ramos e sua obra S. Bernardo. Sério, leiam. Escrita suave, mas carregada de peso em cada frase. É quase palpável o caráter daquele homem duro e seu lugar, onde homem e meio se entrelaçam e não se sabe quem criou quem. E se o livro trata de amor e dor (a rima pobre), fala também da riqueza mais crua material e imaterial que está na posse. Talvez valha dizer que o protagonista é possuído também, justo ele que tudo quer possuir. A sequência de eventos é a tradução não de um caminho de "a" até "b", mas da gradativa transformação do homem que chama-se Paulo Honório.
Já na não ficção é Darcy Ribeiro e O Povo Brasileiro pelos motivos da minha resenha.

This weekend someone parked across my driveway, completely blocking my truck in. I called a local tow truck co. who told me it was a City of Portland - Parking Enforcement issue. Unsurprisingly, Parking Enforcement's phone message says they are not open on the weekend. Which leads me to my question: If someone blocks my driveway on a Friday night, am I without legal recourse until Monday morning? Interested to know others' thoughts, experiences, alternatives.

 | I made a post the other day of a louse I had found on my leg while I was blowdrying my hair, which led me to believe it was a head louse, and the comments thought so too. But I was later skeptical after I had shaken my hair and pulled at my hair roots/scratched my scalp vigorously over a white surface, and nothing resembling lice/eggs fell. Just now, I felt some movement on my ankle in bed, and found this thing on my leg hairs. I looked around at the bottom of the bed and found another one. I've never had any kind of lice before, but I believe that head lice don't really leave the hair that much? Is there a visual differentiator? Happy to take a microscopic picture if needed. I prayed to God daily, often for hours, I fasted, prayed many Novenas, if this was what wanted me to do, if the person was the right person, the job was the right job, etc begging God that if it wasn’t please show me. Time and time again, the opportunities were being green lighted and I felt no resistance, only encouragement.
I took a leap of faith, trusting God, I moved forward with all these amazing opportunities and all was well. Until my partner cheated on me and left, I lost the job because of financial issues with the company, and I will likely lose the house. While I will be able to recover from all of this, it is and will be extremely painful.
My biggest issue, however, is regarding trusting God. Why would God allow me to believe that I would be okay? How can I trust God in the future, if I can never be sure on what he is telling me?”

This is about the choice between Treviso and Minrathous.
I much prefer the narrative if you save Minrathous. I love how the Shadow Dragons send The Crows aid. I love the memorial scene. I think the Blight issues are way more interesting than the Venatori taking over Minrathous. Generally speaking I just love everything about choosing Minrathous more. Neve being able to be the beacon of hope for Minrathous is also great (and I prefer Illario locked up over forgiving him. Dude doesn't deserve to be forgiven and he clearly doesn't regret a thing he did, so losing out on that option doesn't matter).
But being locked out of Lucanis' romance is a hard pill to swallow for the trade :/
From a narrative standpoint, I totally understand. First you had his worries over Spites pretty obvious fixation on Rook and getting through the trauma he endured, but then you have his city he JUST got back to being Blighted. Even if he does forgive Rook, I can see why he wouldn't be able to get over that choice and be with him romantically. It makes sense.
If you catch dialogue here and there it's also obvious Neve is the one facilitating the aid from the Shadow Dragons and others for Treviso, so it also makes sense why he could still open himself to a romance with her.
From a narrative side, I much prefer the story if you save Minrathos, but I'm obsessed with the double-trouble Crow. Alas.

I'm pookie :3c| ) I used!! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ 3 gloves (Do not put the gloves into the salsa. I cannot stress that enough. Protects your hands from the Capsasin you're about to deal with.) ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ 1 container of Habaneros (only left 3-5 with seeds- the rest are deseeded) 1 mango 1 whole pineapple (minus skin and leaves... and core.. I eated the core) 2 Serranos (used about half the seeds inside) 4 bell Peppers (Each color) 1 Onion 2 Garlic bulbs all cloves Tomato (but those weird expensive bumpy ones not the regular but there's no judgement in using the regular ones. I made the first batch with regular ones) (Roughly bc I forgot to count and I used less than I bought and I forgot how many I bought) 4-6 Jalapeños 4-6 lemons :3 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ seasonings: Salt to taste :3 Pepper to taste :3 Ajinimoto/ MSG to taste :3 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Steps: Note- before you're finished cutting the vegetables, preheat oven to 400 but it takes a while to cut the veggies so. You know. Gauge when ur about 3/4ths done. Clean ur veggies (optional ig...) Oil a pan with neutral oil (I chose Avocado because it's yummy :3) (nonoptional) Cut your veggies Make a scrap bag (optional) (you can make 2- one for normal scraps and one for spicy scraps) Put veggies on pan, drizzle oil, season with salt pepper, and mag Cook ur veggies at 400°F for about 25-35 mins ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ !!!!WHILE VEGGIES ARE COOKING!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Cut ur fruit and lemons :3 (Use the whole lemon pulp; not just the juice. You can use limes ig but I'm partial to lemon :3 ) (I didn't make a scrap bag for the fruits because I'm not sure you can do that....? It's for making soup broth) Blend in da blender :3 Blend the veggies when they finish Uhhhh mix :3 Salt to taste again because 9/10 times you didn't add enough. Trust. If it tastes bland, add more of each of the seasonings and garlic powder if you want more garlic taste. We tried giving her the best time we could with the month we had and today made the difficult decision to let her go. She was my precious darling and these past few days was struggling so much with eating, sleeping, standing up to go to the bathroom and even breathing. She had to get three anesthetics to finally fall asleep (she was always so hyperactive) and I stayed with her until the very end. The guilt of having to leave her behind to be buried is gutting me. I haven't stop crying since.
But it's funny how our little friends have such impact in our lives. She changed me in such ways that I can't look at life the same. She made me a better person and made me grow in ways I never thought. And I'm grateful. I'm grateful to have met her. I'm grateful to have shared these eleven years with her. And I'm so grateful to have had her in my life. Saying goodbye is always so painful. But I'm so full of love because of her. If I could adopt her again knowing how it would end I would do it. A thousand times I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Just got unmatched with a woman who seemes interested in me. I asked her a question, she replied in less than an hour. I saw her answer within a few minutes, but I delayed my reply because I don't want to seem desperate. Half an hour later when I was about to reply she had unmatched me. Is it because I opened her message but didn't reply? Her profile is still on the app, so it wasn't a bot. She lives quite near me, and her sister seemed kinda familiar to me, though i don't know her. She and her sister seems really close, so maybe she recognised me from somewhere and that made her unmatch me?
