Hey everyone! I wanted to pick the brain of reddit on a thought I've been having. Im a senior this year in undergrad. I'm double majoring in History and Foreign Languages with a Spanish concentration. However, during my first 2 years of undergrad I was a business major instead. I knocked out a ton of business core classes that don't count at all for my current two majors. Upon further inspection it looks like to graduate with my 2 current majors AND a business administration minor all I would need are 3 additional business classes.
My issue is that I'm already going to have to take 18 credits next semester, so if I added the business minor it would mean coming back and taking the 3 last classes over the summer. So basically im looking for your advice, do you guys think that the full business admin minor will help me stand out exceptionally more than what I already have? I've already taken multiple semesters of business-specific classes in my college career so I can already point to that in an interview if it comes up. Idk do you guys think it would help me that much to get a minor?
Another point is that I was really hoping to take it easy this summer haha! I'm planning on applying for a masters program abroad that would start in the fall next year so the summer was going to be my time to relax and save some money before I move.
What do you guys think? What are your experiences with a business minor? especially if you started as a business major and then switched! I'd hate to let the credits I got as a business major go to waste but idk.

Hi everyone,
I work for the ambulance service, and these days we spend ages queuing on corridors at hospitals. Hospital coffee is the worst type of instant, and the coffee shop here isn't much better.
So I'm looking for suggestions on what I can brew at hospital. The Cometeer pods looked awesome, but I'm based in the UK, so not really an option. I'm going to try the No Normal Coffee concentrate paste stuff, but figured I'd try and crowd source some other options too.
Restrictions are I won't be able to grind or weigh anything at work, and it's a wall mounted boiler, not a kettle, so can't really pour over.
Open to any and all suggestions

 | Looking for some help/suggestions on installing these lights, I bought the 100’ set. My house is roughly 44’ wide, the bottom eaves are 24’ and 14’ in length. I have enough to go around the whole “rectangle” of the front of the house. Would that look bad? If I did that would I have the light facing out towards the street on the vertical parts going from first to second floor, or facing the towards the neighbors? As the title suggests.
I went to therapy last week, and when my therapist asked me "What are your needs? What brings you joy?" I blanked. I told her that I have no answer and that I'd have to get back to her on that.
It started with my mother, who had a very difficult life, and marrying my father who was all but absent was not the right thing to do. She was very vocal about her frustration about how her life was unfolding, and as a young kid, I did not want to add to her troubles and be a burden. I was also scared that she might not care to hear me, because of everything else going on, and I wanted to avoid being dismissed.
This, then, manifested in most of my future close friendships, and partners as well. I figure out what it is that they need from me, and I give it to them in return for them to stay in my life. Sometimes I'm lucky, most often I'm not, because I feel myself get drained from constantly performing for and catering to other people.
But the issue is that I now have no clue what my needs are, how to nurture them, how to advocate for them, how to respect them. And subsequently, it's difficult to have others meet my needs when even I myself don't know what they are.
How can I fix this? How can I bring my focus back to myself? How can I learn what it is that I need, and not fear losing loved ones so much?
