I wanted to make this post to show what my financial situation has been aged 18-24. This will probably attract a fair bit of hate. Wanted to share anyway. For anyone young, this shows what is possible if you are frugal and invest as much as you can. Keep going, you got this. Happy to answer any questions.
At 18 I had a mix of money saved from working, birthday/Christmas money, and money set aside by my parents from birth. I have always been very frugal and money-minded. I started investing in July 2018 where I put everything in Apple stock. I have had the vast majority of my money in stocks continuously ever since. My stocks have always been heavily invested in big-cap US tech. I also later diversified into Australian shares during the COVID crash. I am now pivoting into Australian investment properties.

January 2021 age 20 * Salary: $23,000 * Cash & stocks: $70,000
January 2022 age 21 * Salary: $40,000 * Cash & stocks: $100,000
January 2023 age 22 (Job 1 casual, Job 2 part-time) * Salary $60,000 * Cash & stocks: $140,000
January 2024 age 23 * Salary: $60,000 * Cash & stocks: $228,000
March 2024 age 23 - Salary: $93,000 (Job 1 full-time, Job 2 part-time) - Cash & stocks: $240,000
October 2024 age 24 - Salary: $106k (Same jobs, just included a $13k bonus I got for the year) - Assets: $263k (Cash $52k, stocks $76k, property equity $135k) (1 investment property)
November 2024 age 24 - Salary: $106k - Assets: $305k (Cash $25k + property equity $280k) (2 investment properties now, the first IP revalued a lot higher than my purchase price)

The same guy I posted about who won't wear condoms (due to ed) so i went on birth control - I went to visit his flat at the weekend, turns out he grew up there (once a family home), it is very old fashioned and not up to standards (i travelled for a few hours on public transport to stay with him; met him at the airport) and was disappointed that he felt comfortable asking me to stay having seen how clean my home is vs the mess he lives in. (rent is expensive i get it and he travels a lot, but the place looks like it has been the same since 1990. He also only wants to be intimate in one position and says things like "i give up" when I ask him to try a different position and goes quiet on me (will lay in a different room on his phone in bed watching YouTube) leaving me in the living room etc. First we had the protection issue (I refused to have sex as i wasn't on birth control (now I am), and now this. He acts like im in the wrong for stopping him when he wants it, but won't give me many chances to try different positions to find one that doesn't hurt, he says "we already tried it won't work" and "you know what you're doing" as if i have some sort of game plan which i don't. I Keep thinking I'm wrong for not letting him do it how he wants, but i feel stuck in that position like trapped, especially when he won't let me hold it to ease it in gently. thoughts?

2024.11.25 23:50 Memckimmy Cremator: why does mine suck?
I've been using an AA2550 holy fire and a Inst 50vhc90 plasma caster for a while.
I've been wanting to tryout the cremator. Today I tried out an AA explosive 90 weigh dual barrel with slow burn.
First question. How do you aim it? Is it a vats only gun like the plasma caster?
Second question why is it taking 3 or 4 shots to kill a single scorched? I see people at eviction care melting legendary super mutants with what appears to be one shot.

I just downloaded the new version and I play two games before going to sleep every night. I'm not looking for something challenging before I go to sleep and I enjoy watching man utd finally do well. Am I not playing properly if I don't take it as seriously as some people? I only play solo and I enjoy not playing on the most difficult setting. My coworkers say I should play at masterclass but I don't really see the point if I enjoy playing at my own pace. Apparently I'm not getting the full enjoyment out if the game. I was still on my first season as man utd manager before I got the new game. Am I wrong?

Is this gear a good place to start? I’ve lurked hear before and I know lens are what to invest into. Are these lens ok for the camera I have? If they are how should I set up my camera? Or mainly is there any resources I can go to that will help me better understand the camera?
