Really hoping this does not turn into a Star Wars Force thing but still puzzled over how Desmond Hart could kill Kasha when the two were on different planets. Pruwet Richese was in front of him but Kasha was lightyears away
Some have suggested it was a nanite thing that could be remotely triggered and the reason Kasha died later is due to the delay in space travel. Any thoughts on this?

I just found out that through the work my employer does, that I could likely have a spot in one of the marathon majors. I’m very much on the fence about doing it, because I know so many people have to rely on a lottery, qualifying time, charity, etc. (myself included). I’m conflicted because I don’t want to short circuit anyone else’s efforts to get in, but also know that other people such as influencers, or those that work with sponsors, will do it without a second thought.
Just looking for feedback on what everyone thinks. If given the opportunity would you take it, or would you keep working to get in through the “typical” means.

I'm having some issues with a project I'm working on in collaboration with another creator. I'm a 3D printing guy first and foremost so I have essentially zero experience with Blender (I do most of my modeling in Fusion) and I've been going off of old forum posts and YouTube videos that are super outdated for this project.
Issues:
Orcaslicer, my slicer for my multicolor 3D printer, only accepts color information though .3mf files and though .obj files with vector color, not .mtl (which makes no sense but whatever). My problems with this though:
- MagicaVoxel (program for the model and color info I'm using) only really exports in .obj, not 3mf or any other really useful fille for 3D printing, meaning I have to use another program (Blender) to make it usable.
- Converting the .obj. from MagicaVoxel to a .3mf (from blender, though an extension) and importing it to Orca gives no color information. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
- Attempted to try to 'bake' the color information onto the .obj model but all information I could find was from 2018 or older, which really did not help. Any other information was under the premise that I know how blender works lol
- Attempting to convert the .mtl/.png to a vertex color (to allow Orca to read the color info) either isn't something normally done, or it isn't possible, as I was only able to find offhand comments on dead forum pages with no responses. Any attempts to do this myself were shot down due to lack of experience with Blender.
Any and all assistance is very appreciated. Blender is doing my head in.

Heyya folks, I need a bit of help with my current audio set-up.
The general idea is that all my audio comes through my EDIFIER MR4 Speakers. PC and Playstation all at once. I absolutely love these speakers, however I'm also a quiet person at night once my housemates come home. I would like to veg out, recline in my bed about 3metres away and not worry about a long coiled cable getting unplugged accidentally. What I'm asking for is a Wireless Headphone solution that can plug into my speakers. Aux Output -> Bluetooth solution.
Maybe I'm going about this in a really thick-headed way. There's probably a simple solution but I'm completely lost.
Input 1:
- PS5 Console -> HDMI Cable -> Computer Monitor
- Output: Aux-Aux cable -> MR4 Speakers
- Audio levels are controlled by turning up or down the volume on monitor itself
- Audio directly from PC
- Output: Aux-RCA Cable -> MR4 Speakers
- Generally leave audio dial at a set volume and adjust audio via computer
- EDIFIER MR4 Studio Monitor Speakers
- When I want to use my current cabled headphones I plug them directly into the Aux Output on the front. It works beautifully. The perfect set-up. Just the 3m long coiled cable is a nuisance and just a general hazard with my new kitten.
Some additional notes;
I ran an experiment on my housemate's ASTRO A50 to see whether having a headset with a dock would work. It didn't, just a whole lot of cable buzz and sounded awful. Kinda glad it didn't work because I don't particularly want to spend $600aud on a solution...

Hey everyone.
My wife and I are trying to decide between the De'Longhi Eletta Explore and KitchenAid KF8 superautomatic machines, and I'm wondering if either machine is capable of receiving software/firmware updates. I know the KitchenAid models don't have WiFi, and I would be fine if software updates needed to be applied by plugging the machine in via USB or another way. I know the Eletta has WiFi and an app, but I wasn't able to find any search results regarding any software updates being offered.
The reason I'm asking is because hopefully the units will physically last for a while, and it seems like there is long-term potential for the manufacturers to listen to customer feedback and apply changes and fixes via software updates. However, if that can or would only happen if the machine needed to be sent in, that seems like a bummer. I thought I read online that the Terra Kaffe receives software updates, in some cases fixing issues that customers mention.
