I could use some careeprofessionalism advice:
I am currently interning part time for the school year at a small company which I love. The people are great and very supportive and I’ve loved my time here. I just received a full time offer for when I graduate.
I’ve also received a full time offer from another, larger company.
Both offered more than market rate, but the larger company offered a smidgeon more, has marginally more vacation, and a significantly better health insurance plan. The larger company also works on more large-scale projects, has offices in other locations which I’ve been thinking about moving to, and seems to have clearer training.
On the other hand, at the smaller company it seems like I’ll have more sway in projects, if I get the masters I’m planning to I’ll likely be the go-to for that kind of stuff, and even as an intern have been able to make design decisions, whereas the progression at the larger company seems slower. The smaller company has better PFMLA and bereavement and the like.
I like the people at the smaller place better, though maybe that’s just because I know them, and the work is comfy even though not glamorous.
I’m still debating which to choose (as you can tell), but the larger company is seeming like the frontrunner right now.
If I do accept the larger company’s offer, what happens to my internship? Should I stall and just not tell them? Tell them and quit? Keep doing the internship even though I won’t stay, despite the awkwardness?
Do any of y’all have insight as to which to choose?

It's poison to any marriage, and all but takes away the voice of one person in the relationship.
Once one party establishes the high ground of 'Carrying the Mental Load' in the relationship, they cannot be challenged and it is an automatic victory because now they make the rules.
'Oh, you want to take a few hours to go do something you enjoy? Must be nice being able to not have to think about everything we both have to do and live worry free. If I'm not allowed to do that, why do you think you've earned the right to?'
'Oh, you say I can go do something I enjoy any time I want and you'll be happy to watch the kid and take care of everything? Well you clearly don't know how much of the mental load I'm carrying because I can't relax with all this pressure.'
'It doesn't matter if you're the one doing the chores and running the errands, I'm the one who has to think of them and pay attention to what we need at the grocery store and when the dogs get appointments are coming up.'
'No, you can't take on some of the mental load that's not how it works, you can't tell me what to think about and what to worry about. Plus honestly when it comes to the grocery store for instance you're not going to do it right, throughout our seven year relationship there were four times you'd gotten the wrong thing from the grocery story when I've specifically told you what to get.
It's a literally unwinnable argument because no matter what you do or say, the other person is able to twist the situation so that you're always doing something wrong by them by either being unfair to them, or trying to control and invalidate them. And if you tell them that you're sorry that they feel they have very that much load when they really don't have to, guess what suddenly you're gaslighting them and you're even more wrong. It's a cheap shot check mate that is able to bypass and ignore reality, and takes away the ability of the other person in the marriage to be happy because they will anyways be guilty of being the reason for all the stress in their spouses life.
Tl;Dr, fuck mental load more often than not it's an excuse to exercise control over your spouse through guilt tripping.

I recently bought a new Lenovo Legion 5i this march and I've had no problems with it till recently. I used to turn the touchpad off while playing competitive video games so that i dont accidentally mess up my aim and now the touchpad doesn't work even when I turn it on from the settings. I've tried reinstalling the drivers but that does not work. Please i need tips

I feel like this commercial fell flat and was 100% out of touch with reality. The commercial shows Kristen Bell and Dax Shepherd tracking their cars on the carvana app with the values rising. They then say “let’s track all our cars”. Then the camera pans to “all their cars”. More cars than most average Americans will own in their lifetime. I feel like this is tone deaf given the current state of inflation and how many Americans are struggling to even put food on the table. Or hoping their car will crank or keep working despite that weird noise because they can’t afford to fix it. Anyways. I hated that commercial.
Side note: this commercial would have knocked it out of the park (for me) if they said “let’s track all our cars” and then the camera panned to show them using the app to track the value of on their kids hot wheels. That would have been hilarious.

From MW2, I miss being able to see the weapon progression at a glance to know what I'll be unlocking next or in a few levels.
It's painful to go into every damn weapon category to see what gets unlocked next.
