2024.11.26 00:40 GarbageAdvisory Anyone noticed any changes to Tolzar?
After EC earning ended I was able to grab treats instead right after 14 UTC which was a different timing from my dc and gem ads. Just saw tolzar pop up with dc and gems, but treats were green instead of greyed out. I assumed it was the regular few ads so i went to watch gem and dc, but after watching 2 gems and 2 ot 3 dc ads the treat offer was gone and tolzar didnt indicate ads. Wondering if its now a pick your reward and have x amount of ads deal now?

I just started working as a seasonal associate and I’m so confused about lunch breaks. My understanding has always been that if I work a full shift, I am legally entitled to a lunch break before the end of my 5th hour. At least, that’s definitely the law in my state. However, every single day they send me on lunch AFTER my 5th hour, usually before the end of my 6th or 7th hour. I asked the lead about it before and they acted like I was wrong. I asked another supervisor and they told me to listen to the lead, that they know what they’re doing. For example, if I work 6am to 3pm, I should be taking my lunch break before 11 am, right? There was one day I worked 7am to 4pm and I didn’t get a lunch until 2pm. This can’t be right??? And they do this for everyone in my department and nobody says a thing about it. Am I crazy??

A common self-criticism I hit myself with is that bringing up my sexual needs is selfish. It’s how I de-legitimize it and trap myself in the comfortable discomfort of what’s known.
“It wouldn’t be appropriate to bring up my needs— she’s going through a tough time, it would be cruel to bring up that it’s been 4 years since we had a healthy sex life tonight.” “We just got such bad news— she needs that third week to recover from it all.” “Her mom is having a really bad time— I can’t need anything while they’re fighting, I need to wait a week.”
It all comes from the bad soft of selfishness— my desire to avoid rocking the boat, and to keep things going without a fight. If I never confront the things I’m dissatisfied with, then they can’t turn into arguments. They can only hurt me in the usual neglectful ways— never in the new and horrifying ways where they rear their ugly head and make me confront the very real possibility that this doesn’t work.
That’s all scary as hell, and it’s the bad kind of selfish to shelter myself from it and just build up a reserve of resentment as I think, “Now I can say I her it’s been 4 and a half years since we had a healthy sex life instead of just 4! I can really win that argument we’re not gonna have, now!”
I need to be the better kind of selfish, where I advocate for myself. Where I say, “yeah, you’re dealing with some shit. I am, too. I had a rough go at work— I also got that same bad news. I’m working a second job to pay for our mortgage. I’m cooking all of our meals. I’m cleaning the house. I’m planning the date nights. I’m putting in the effort— I deserve to state my needs and to have you come to the table to have a plan to help meet the most important ones.”
It isn’t the sort of selfish where you throw a tantrum and say, “but you owe me!” Or “I did these 4 chores, that equals this act!” Or something silly with rules that I made up and never communicated.
It’s the sort of selfishness where you advocate for yourself and sayi deserve to be loved. I deserve to be with someone who treats my sexual needs as legitimate needs, and who meets them on a regular basis. I deserve to be with someone who will communicate their own needs when confronted with this so that we can both meet one another where we are, rather than harboring resentment over slights we never communicated, tallying transgressions that our partner never knew bothered us.”
Be selfish. State what you want and need in your marriage. Don’t demand it on your schedule, don’t try to dictate how your partner will respond to meet your needs— but do be comfortable saying “that doesn’t meet my needs, it isn’t enough” or “we discussed this and we said we were going to try X. I tried to do X with you— you didn’t show up, and I’m not willing to stick around if you’re not going to put in that effort.”
You deserve it. Demand the same respect you’ve given your spouse.

A mobile game where you control a small creature that had a head and arms but no legs, you had to drag your finger to aim him, and he would turn into a ball and roll around, there were stars on the map you could collect, and you would have to roll him on buttons and levers to open doors and such, it was a top down view, and essentially mini golf but with this character. Humor me with your thoughts please
My ex (27F) broke up with me (28M) in January. If you want more details, it’s in my profile, but it’s a pretty messed-up situation. A few days before the breakup, she started talking to a guy (30M, doctor) her mom introduced her to. About six weeks later, they were official, and five months after that, they got engaged.
She unfollowed me everywhere, even on LinkedIn—which felt a bit extra. But since July, she’s been watching my main IG story randomly, about once a week. In August/September (around when they got engaged), it slowed down and then stopped in October. Earlier this month, she started watching again.
I’m trying to figure out her reasoning. If you say it doesn’t matter, maybe to you it doesn’t but it matters to me as I did love her and live with her for 2 years. I would like to understand. It’s how my head works so don’t come here with the “it don’t matter, move on bs”. She broke up with me and claims this new relationship is healthier and makes her happier. She’s posting him constantly (a mutual told me; I don’t follow her and she’s private). If she decided I’m not her future, why does she care what I’m up to?
I don’t mind her watching—honestly, I’m thriving. I’ve lost 50 lbs, my money’s great, and my fits I post are getting constant compliments. But I still wonder: why would she care to intentionally look me up and watch when she’s got a whole wedding to plan with the new guy she’s with?

After landing and disembarking at Dazra, all the resources on my ship ended up in my characters inventory. I play on PC and this is the 1st glitch I've ever encountered besides the graphics issues that was there when Starfield first released.

2024.11.26 00:40 ASCIUGAMANOO Vehicle fuel lid tampered/opened when parked in alley overnight
Posting to see if anyone has gone through this or heard of similar instances….
Two days in a row I have left my vehicle parked perpendicular to a family members garage door, which is off an Ally off Broadway….. both days i’ve come outside in the morning to find my fuel lid open and today, even the fuel cap itself was open/not clicked shut…. My car locks the fuel lid when the car itself is locked so one would need to force it open to gain access… additionally, you can clearly see some dirty ass prints on the fuel lid as my car is black and I always keep it clean…
Needless to say, I will not be parking there anymore, but my biggest concern is if someone is trying to siphon diesel out, or just fucked in the head and trying to put something into the tank which would cause catastrophic damage.
Sooooooooo many homeless in the area and just absolute garbage people nowadays that I am thinking the worst…
Any positive input is appreciated. 💆
