Olá, tenho crises do pânico há 7 anos, porém nos últimos 2 anos pioraram muito. Nos dias de hoje, fico 24 horas com pensamentos intrusivos focados que em algum momento vou parar de respirar ou alguma coisa de ruim vai acontecer comigo.
Tomei Escitalopram 10-20mg durante 5 anos, até quando elas voltaram. Quando elas voltaram tomei venlafaxina e outros medicamentos, que mais pioraram minha vida do que ajudaram.
Hoje estou tomando Paroxetina 20mg, e como citej no inicio, não está ajudando 100%, mas foi o que mais ajudou além do Escitalopram. Além disso, está sendo bem complicado lidar com os colaterais da baixa de libido, fadiga e sono excessivo.
Sem contar os medicamentos, me alimento SUPER bem, me hidrato corretamente, exames de sangue em dia, terapia em dia, exercícios fisicos de 3-4x por semana. A unica coisa que há 7 anos nao consigo acertar, é o meu sono, mas de resto, está tudo em dia.
Bom, sigo tendo as minhas crises, a unica diferença é que sei esconder muitoooo bem das pessoas, até mesmo minha familia não sabe quando estou em crise, o que praticamente ocorre todo dia. Gostaria de ver aqui na comunidade, se alguém que já passou pela mesma coisa, se poderia me dar conselhos, honestamente, não sei mais o que fazer. Até hoje não consigo acreditar ali no momento da adrenalina que o que estou sentindo é psicológico, e que a falta de ar (principalmente falta de ar) + dores + coracao batendo estranho + tontura + visao turva + uma porrada de sintoma, sejam da minha cabeça. Dicas? Conselhos?

My store has 2 HHT's and neither will scan FedEx. One hasn't done it since we remodeled late last year and the other just stopped this last week. When we go to scan a package, either coming in from driver or customer, or going out, to driver or customer, we get an error message about a "handshake". Does anyone know how to fix this? I am asking here, because I really don't want to spend an eternity on the phone with ERC tomorrow. Thanks in advance.

I(35F) got into a huge fight with my husband(38M) today. Let me give you a quick backstory - Our (first) baby was born in May of this year, and we’ve both been back at work since August, we work full-time and remotely from home. His job is busier than mine and he has a ton of calls every day. I’m from a culture where you don’t send your baby to daycare until at least 1 year, so I wanted to keep her home until 6 months at least. My husband said he’s fine with that but won’t have much time during the day to help me, which I said is fine. Well, now she’s still not in daycare because we only got a daycare spot for January. Soon.
My days having her home while working have been very hard. I’ve felt very stressed out, but I never thought it was the wrong decision keeping her home. I’m with her 90% of the time between 9 and 5, I do all the feedings, all the diapers, playing, everything. My husband doesnt help during the day most of the time, which - again- is fine. I know how busy he is. It’s all good and I’m ok with being stressed out and having to get some stuff done in the after hours. It’s only for a short amount of time.
But then, today - my husband had been snappy to me all morning, and he would passive aggressively say things like ‘well I went outside with X (our daughters name) already’ and it’s such nice weather, you know’. At some point I was like, ‘Is there anything you’d like to tell me?’ And he goes ‘I just don’t get it. Instead of going outside with her and doing stuff, you just sit home all day.’ He proceeded to tell me that he thinks I’m lazy and sitting at home all day and that I should be out going for walks with X, going to the park with her, and doing other activities, instead of sitting at home.
I couldn’t believe it. I’m working full-time. I can’t just leave and be out for hours. And having X around me all day means that one task can take hours. He said well why don’t you just go somewhere with her while you work. I reminded him that I tried that multiple times, like taking her to a coffee shop or the public pool, and it was impossible to get any work done because she was fussing and I just had to watch her nonstop. At home it’s easier to get work done because it’s baby proof, she has all her toys here etc. also, I’m working around her feedings, which are still every 2-2.5h, and her naps, which are all over the place.
He then pointed out again how he does do activities with X every time he does have time during the day. I told him that yea of course, he has HOURS every single day to focus on his work, if I had that I would also have more time to take X out, but no, I’m just scrambling all day to get work done with her by my side. Also, I reminded him that I literally take her out at least once every day. Today I took her swimming in the afternoon, actually. I take her in at least one walk every single day. But usually in the afternoon.
My husband said he still doesn’t get it and thinks I just sit at home all day while I could be doing more stuff. I told him that he’s behaving like an asshole and has no right to judge me. He has never even fed X solids once. Not once! I feed her most of her bottles every day, I do most of her diapers, I put her down for naps, I give her solids every day (I cook food for her etc). He has never bought toys for her either. Which, again, would be ok for me during the week. But him having the audacity to judge me and act this way, knowing that he has hours every day to focus on work, while never even worrying about feeding her, changing her etc.
He’s making me feel like a terrible mother, while I know I’m not. I’ve been crying and told him to sleep in the other room. He left and has not apologized. This might sound crazy, but I’ve honestly been thinking about just taking the baby and leaving him for a while. I know that’s extreme and I’m not gonna do that, but I just feel so sad and hurt.

2024.11.26 02:51 Manatherin Rust in moisture trap
I have a no name air compressor and tank combo that I have had for maybe two years now. I thought bleeding air out of the moisture trap would prevent this from happening inside the tank but I am finding out I was wrong… I figure I could get a new trap and possible regulator but is the tank itself gone? Definitely wanting to err on the side of caution.
Looking at the tank, I have two other valves that I am not 100% sure the function. I believe the red one is a pressure safety valve, and the silver one is for draining the moisture out of the tank to prevent this from happening? I can’t really figure out how to remove the silver cap though.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

 | I recently listen to every Ringo Starr album, from Sentimental Journey to Whats my Name, and i got to say, Ringo has a lot of terrible records, but at the same time, he has a lot of good records. The thing is, even the ones that people say are good (Ringo and Vienna), they tend to forget about these albums, even though they have incredible songs. Ringo's career, I would say that until the 90s, the instrumentation on all of them was incredible, even on the terrible Ringo The 4th. In the 90s we had 2 albums that I think are fantastic: Time Takes Time and Vertical Man. In the 2000s it started to decline a lot, but I can't leave out the fun album Choose Love, and in the later ones at least we had songs that I love, despite the bad albums, like the title track Liverpool 8 (amazing sentimental ballad), the same as Walk With You, a duet with Paul McCartney cowritten by Van Dyke Parks from Y Not and In Liverpool from Ringo 2012. There are a lot of bad things, but we shouldn't generalize, Ringo does make a lot of good music. What's your thoughts on Ringo discography? I will leave here my ranking of every Ringo's albums.
