2024.11.26 02:20 highflyer2369 Tried a dynasty game using the defensive assist feature….. lost 66-21
As title says, the defensive assist shit is a joke. Tried it out to see how good or bad it would be since my 86 overall team couldn’t defend Toledo’s pass game with no receivers over a 75 overall or anything over a 90 speed. Was aggravated so I restarted the game and noticed that’s a button you can use pretty much every play so I wanted to give it a shot and see how it’d work. Simple Cover 3/4 usering the safeties testing out the assist in the game and not one time did anybody I was “controlling” actually play their zones and would just leave their portion of the defensive assignments to cover the RB on the opposite side of the field in the flat knowing that somebody else is assigned to that area of the field. Constantly left routes wide ass open running around to nowhere til after the ball was caught 30 yards down the field they’d realize. I play on heisman everything so understand everything has to be as hard as possible but at least make it realistic lol people aren’t going to just give up playing their zones 3 seconds into a play and run away from the players they’re supposed to be defending. Don’t ever see the AI for the other team doing that stupid shit so what about the game makes your players act like they have negative brain cells???

Since Fdev have been refocusing on this game over the last year-ish I am hoping they can add a few quality of life fixes.
They asked about ship transfer times recently (I personally think those are fine the way they are). But if they are not done considering more I have two that I would like to see.
1st. some kind of indicator for when you are traveling too fast for orbital glide. the required speed seems to change depending on the size/gravity of a world so there does not seem to be a rule of thumb for this (if I am wrong let me know) but some sort of hud element letting you know you are coming in too fast would be very helpful.
2nd. a cooldown timer for SCO. they can even use the existing cooldown hud element for FSDs. many times when I am SCO-ing off a planet on my way to another planet; I reach orbit, disable the SCO, reorient for my next target, and then mindlessly tap TAB waiting for the drive to be ready. a cooldown wheel would be nice
what changes would you all like to see?

Well as the title suggests I am sick of it. You are just going through this subreddit and every now and then you'll see a post- 'Oh I watched the anime and couldn't control myself and read the manga in a single day'. Like ok bro you get we get it you liked it. There's no need of posting the same thing again and again. I don't come to this subreddit just to see this everytime. I'd request the mods to take down these sorts of posts it's annoying to see all of this.
Well keeping that aside. I am an anime only- watched ep 9 and read the manga in a single day. Guys please help me. Why did I read it in a single day. I am missing blue box so much now. It's easily one of the best romance mangas I have read with the right mix of realism and drama that doesn't actually make you roll your eyes in cheesiness. But seriously I miss it so much rn. Looking for houses in an area that has 550 as the minimum but most properties 650+. I have a maximum of 675 but will have $0 really am aiming for under 650 to get the most out of the stamp duty concession.
Houses in this area between 600-650 seem like they need a bit of work and that's why they aren't priced like the 700k ones. Essentially, how much would be the max I should spend on one of these places if it's really good except for x, y and z need to be replaced/redone but the house is liveable.
I need to buy the house before my fhb scheme runs out end of February.
