TLDR: is Darkrai's kit is so good that you can keep a carry spot open by playing it as support?
I am seriously questioning about the viability of Darkrai as support.
I think Darkrai is very powerful in center, where he cannot be bullied until his powerspike at 5. However, especially out of drafts, why not exploit Nasty Plot + Dark Void as a support?
His power comes not from burst damage, but from capacity to dodge skillshot (which is good in a support) + sure-hit poke. After hitting 5, he can recover quickly levels due sustained damage and rush into 7. After 7 you can play again for the team.
The unite is interesting for two reasons. The first is that technically is the best peeling an attacker can receive, since it removes a speedster from hitting. The second is that it does not scale with Sp. Atk. It's a % damage on max health. Combining this with unavoidable sleep via Dark Void, I can see Darkrai killing or almost killing a 2 lvl more speedster with cooldowns. If this works, I see this as potentially better than Slowbro unite.
The huge limit of this is that he lacks an insta cc for rapid fights or counter-ganks. Of course I am not pretending that he is a good support but I am seriously pondering the idea for having fun on an alt acc.

Hey, all it seems that this Reddit is mainly about personal accounts and hacking issues but I’m curious if anyone has experience with a group being disabled. I run a Facebook group with nearly 200,000 members focused on interior decorating. We help people find furnishings that look like designer pieces, but for a lower cost. We use the word dupe in our group name, which may have contributed to the group being disabled as I am learning that is a bad word. A member posted a screenshot from pottery barn’s website looking for a coffee table and Facebook AI technology auto detected that as copyright infringement. The group has been disabled for nearly 2 months. The member who made the post had their profile reinstated after about a month. I am Meta verified on an attached Instagram account, but the support told me that they are unable to help with Facebook groups. The appeal isn’t going anywhere as the emails are all clearly auto generated, and I have not interacted with a human to date. This group is a key source of income for multiple people and I would love to have it back as it took years to build. If anyone has any guidance or advice I would so appreciate it. Thanks so much.

2024.11.26 02:20 Gold-Speech1181 I want to stop being negative, and I don't know how to position that to my boss.
My workplace went through restructuring, from a seemingly progressive corporate place that encouraged innovation, to one that only cares about title and rejects new ideas (because if the new people in charge).
That being said, my boss and I came from the same wing of the company and our boss has preferred communication with people he already knows and is used to.. at the beginning, me being my helpful self, I was able to be some sort on the loop by volunteering, building rapport, and operate as a team with the new people, which turned into having an extreme load of work... which my immediate boss resented and started pushing back (without me asking) and most of our conversation for the past month increasingly became venting sessions to what until a but ago felt like "us vs them" --I started realizing that all the conversations were so negative and nothing improved.
Little by little I noticed that my immediate boss removed my capacity or having a voice by telling me to not volunteer to help the team anymore. I now see him being pulled into projects and peaking on my behalf while still venting about how badly they do things and that they should figure out what they do without our help.
I started telling him that I would like to change my approach and be friendlier with our boss, and help since it seems that that is the only way to go, and for my mental health. Is like I woke up from a spell where I realize that everything I've been tagging along and venting not only alienated me, but also could be used against me, and it's an overall not good feeling.
Ever since I started hinting to him about me wanting to change my approach, he's been changing from that "we're in this together, we're friends" interaction to friction, and making sure I understand he is my immediate boss. Started micromanaging and still block any actions I can take on my own. It's like I betrayed him, or in my head it feels like it's not in his best interest for me to grow or have a voice (the first months most of the work that came from his team, was me doing all of it, and coming up with the solutions). I mentioned I've been ready for a promotion, and I feel he keeps on brushing it off or telling me we should look in other places.
I want to be able to communicate with our boss and the rest of our department and collaborate with them, but I feel that he will feel betrayed and I don't know if that would be counterproductive for me. I feel in a very rough spot where I don't trust anyone, any advice?
