So first drunk thought, I hate how People pleasing I am, it’s ridiculous. I went my whole teenage life trying to escape making my family feel uncomfortable left so much unsaid that I now deeply deeply fucking regret. I hate not being out spoken about my opinions and what I think and feel, In my now old age I have been trying very hard to not give a shit and voice my opinions, But to anyone younger reading this do that shit sooner even if it scares the shit out of you fucking tell everyone your opinion even if later in life you realize that was a bad opinion, and in those times just be accountable for saying shitty things. I could of changed so much for so many people in my life had I put my foot down and been like “ no you’re fucking wrong “ or “ you should do this not this “ but I was timid and scared of being pushed aside or my family falling apart, well turns out if that’s destined to happen it will happen no matter what you do. So SAY YOUR PIECE please.

I am using Debian based distro pop os
The instructions are here

But there was an unresolved dependency so you’ll probably need to also install yattag
$ pip install yattag
I could not get Chirp working after realizing that my user could not get write permission over usb so get around this I created a startup script that uses sudo as a workaround
$ touch startchirp.sh $ chmod u+x startchirp.sh $ nano startchirp.sh
Then the startup script is as follows
! /bin/bash sudo ~/.local/bin/chirp
You can now start chirp from the folder this startup script is in by running
$ ./startchirp.sh
I hope this helps anyone just starting with chirp that ran into similar issues getting it to run the first time

Have had a cut out panel of pegboard covering 1 of 2 sink basins in my kitchen to hold a countertop dishwasher. It's a great place because the dishwasher drains right into the extra sink, but the peg board is beginning to sag and mold a bit...
Knew pegboard wasn't the forever solution but wondering what y'all might think is the best material to cut to the shape of sink while supporting the weight of the dishwasher (26lbs).
My jankeygineering brain is thinking marine play with routed edged with some sort of food grade paint, but wondering if there is some sort of easy to find, strong, nonporous material thinner than plywood which is route-able to the correct size. And if it's surface doesn't need painting, all the better!

 | So im like 99% sure I just fried my ESC. This is my first drone build so I just wanted some input on how this may have happened so I don’t fry my next one. I believe it could have been either my nightmare fuel solder work, sketchy battery (which i spliced and soldered), or possibly too much heat. Another thing to mention is everything worked fine for a week until I finished changing my motor directions in beta flight and while I was unplugging the battery I heard a pop but the battery was still halfway in the xt60 and the fc was receiving power. I am curious to see how many of you had this obsession in your lives? If you did have it, when did it start, how it progressed and do you still have it or did it end? Was it just a period in your lives? Mine was with me since childhood and back then it was an active obsession but with time it kind of slipped in the backround. I think it is still here, I'm just scared to give it my full attention cuz it was pretty intense at times.
