I had to reinstall windows recently, so my computer was wiped clean. When I tried to download some apps that used installers, some worked like steam. Some will not open at all like Minecraft and Curseforge, and discord will say "Installation has failed."
I did see some files from a previous computer instance which I deleted, and I made sure to delete any files that were already there before installing.

2024.11.26 04:00 Jazzlike-Practice-48 Help with Fargo DTC 1250e printer
Hey everyone I have issues with a printer. I just brought this Fargo I.D Card printer to print some ID cards for this place I work at. First time using it right out of the box Brand new. I Printed a couple of cards back and front no problem. But all of a sudden on my last batch it started to print only on half of the ID card and the other blank (picture above) after closer inspection I saw that there were some strange markings on the ribbon cable also not sure how (picture also above) .
I did some digging online and no one has posted about this sadly 😔. So I'm hear looking for some help and see how I can fix it. I think maybe I would need to get the cleaning kit but I would like to make sure before I invest in the kit. If there is a way to fix it without the kit then ok great.I just wanna be sure and have my printer working again. Your help is very much appreciated thank you!

Folks...I remember either here or on miata.net there was a checklist from humfrz about what to look for in a used NC. Does anyone remember this? I'm looking at a 2008 in north central Texas tomorrow and thought I could easily find it. But no. Thanks in advance for any info anyone can provide!
