The self-motivated improver who focuses on efficiency and productivity might describe a lot of people here, and that's respectable. A lot gets done. But an unhealthy version of that might occur if giving niceness is forgotten. Productivity isn't a full replacement for niceness when it comes to giving.
At the end of the day, part of the reason we contribute so much is because we want to give. Part of giving to others is making them feel good which is done by being nice.
"Yeah, I give a lot... I'm very productive." What about giving niceness? Don't let one go to waste or you will be confused why the other one isn't appreciated as much as you thought it would be. If you have been letting it go to waste, you'll be pleasantly surprised as soon as you start strengthening it.

When we first started dating I had asked him if he was still friends with any exes or friends he’s hooked up with. He told me no. Well I found some old social media pics of them and they were clearly a thing 10 years ago. As an Xbox player, it’s incredibly annoying when people talk about mods being an “easy” fix for things, or saying that mods are “required” to play the game the way it was intended to be played as though they’re available to everyone. This is genuinely great for PC players, but when they’re talking to an Xbox player are they purposely forgetting the lack of mods on Xbox or something?
It’s the same with games like Skyrim. I’ve seen OPs declare being on Xbox and asking about mods, or even just the game in general, and people will respond by pointing out Nexus mods. In that case, it just has to be either wilful ignorance or a slimy way of saying “fuck you, console peasant”.
It’s just annoying when people talk about mods like they’re available to every single person playing the game, when it so obviously isn’t the case at all. Telling an Xbox player to just use mods to fix the game is nothing more than a slap in the face, whether or not the people saying it see it that way. I think the thing that got me heated was the way people are responding to those pointing out certain bugs by saying that they won’t be fixed and so to just use mods. It neglects those of us on Xbox when people talk like bugs just aren’t an issue purely because there are mods to counter them. THAT, is what is actually annoying me, rather than the general discussion of mods.
Don’t get me wrong: it’s great for PC players to have mods at their disposal and to talk about using mods when they know/think the person they’re talking to is on PC, or just as a general discussion, but if it’s made obvious that the person they’re talking to is on Xbox then… just what the fuck?
If the solution to a bug is a mod, then it is not a solution for the game as a whole - it’s a solution exclusively for one platform, which is half of the platforms it’s available on.

Hey guys, so I struggle with mental illness and I quit zyn for 3 weeks, but the withdrawal symptoms plus my mental illness caused extreme anxiety and depression.
I decided to use zyn again to see if it would end the withdrawal and reduce my anxiety. I was using 6mg before I quit, but now I’m using 3mg. I’m still experiencing anxiety and I’m wondering if I go back up to 6mg it might reduce my anxiety?
I’m just thinking maybe a higher dose of nicotine would calm me down. So do you think it’s worth going back up to 6mg or should I stay at 3mg and see if I feel better?

I hope everyone has been having fun with their Black Friday shopping. Black Friday is like the Olympics for skincare addicts. Participating in BF is essentially mandated by our pathology. It's a time when our symptomatic unbridled consumption really gets to dance joyously to the beat of its own drum.
Anyways, question for those that use Neogenesis Recovery: I use Plated Intense nightly, regardless if it's a tret night. I love it and intend to continue it. That said, I'm having issues getting to nightly tret 0.05%. I can't even really do 4 nights a week of it without irritation. It's been over 4 months. I have subbed in some SBS Alpharet w/variable success. Before I had my child (very geriatric pregnancy), I was using 0.1% nightly, even on my neck.
I'm thinking about adding Recovery to my morning routine. Have any of you used Recovery in the AM, opposite of tret, and had success with increasing your tret tolerance? Stabilizing the skin so that you can increase your frequency? If I don't add it I may just continue status quo, or add Plated Daily to my morning to conserve a bit of $, and keep the Intense going at night. I'd love to use Elevai to target pigment, but I feel like I need to accomplish my goal of stabilizing more frequent tret usage.

Hi everyone! I’m deciding between two second-hand lenses for my Sony a6400 and need your input. The first option is the Sony 70-200mm F4 G OSS, priced at ₱45-47k (~$800-830 USD). It’s lighter, compact, and seems like a good fit for my APS-C setup.
The second option is the Sony 70-200mm F2.8 GM, which costs almost double at ₱80-85k (~$1,430-1,520 USD). While the f/2.8 aperture is tempting, I’m wondering if it’s really worth the extra cost.
I currently use the Tamron 17-70mm f/2.8 and have heard great things about the Tamron 70-180mm G2, which could also be an alternative. However, I’ve always dreamed of owning a white lens, and the 70-200mm would be my first.
Considering I shoot architecture, outdoor scenes, and occasional portraits, is the GM worth the price jump, or would the F4 be sufficient? I’d love to hear your thoughts, especially if you’ve used these lenses on APS-C cameras. Thanks!
