Hi guys. I was recently diagnosed with severe renal ptosis (floating kidney) causing severe hydronephrosis. My kidneys drop into my pelvis when I stand and my doctor says I need a nephropexy surgery. They also found a 4cm cyst right where the ureter connects to my kidney which they think could also be causing the hydro, but less than the renal ptosis. Has anyone here had a nephropexy done? Any experiences welcome. Thanks!

Hey Legends!
Hoping someone might be able to help me out! Normally I'm good with these things but I can't figure it out for the life of me.Just got the new XLR-2 unit. Have updated the firmware in both my S5ii and S5iix which now supports the xlr2 unit. I'm trying to use it with a couple of mics, both my MKH-416 and my AT4053b mics, so I've got XLR unit turned on in the camera menu, have phantom power turned on in the unit and the only way I'm getting any sound into the camera is to turn the gain up all the way and set it to +20 and hold the mic right up to my mouth and yell into it. So it's basically not working. This is the same on both the S5iix and the S5ii. Am I missing something obvious here or is there a problem with the unit/intergration into the S5ii/x system?

The goal of the project is present not just a character or a story but a world to have a series of connected adventures, one where you can have a traveling companion that changes and grows along with you. When you find one you like, you have the option of continuing your adventures with them across the world of Neokosmos. You simply note the state of your current relationship in the author's note Setting Author's note and mention the character's name in the first message of the next adventure card and the lorebook will load the base character info, then your adventure continues anew! If you really go off the beaten path or make major changes to the character then you have the freedom to duplicate my cards and update the base character info in the lorebook. Just installed an ssd (SAMSUNG 990 PRO SSD) into my Rog Strix b650e-f motherboard into slot B, but it doesn't seem to recognize it when I go to Create and Format Hard Disk Partitions. I can't seem to get into Bios to see if there's a fit there, since every time I reboot it just throws me straight to windows, even with quick startup disabled. I also tried shift + Restart, but it still doesn't let me into Bios.

My Manager expressed interest in bringing me back for a full-time position in Spring 2025, contingent on me graduated by then. However, I recently found out I’ll be two courses short of graduating in the spring. My college will allow me to walk the stage, but I’ll need to return in the summer (if the courses are available) or fall to officially finish my degree. I don’t know if I can lose my opportunity to start full time in spring ‘25 if they figure out I haven’t graduated then. What do I do? I’m I fcked?

 | Hello, a few years back I had a Union guy teach me how to bend 4inch EMT really well, after the job was over I havent worked with any 4inch and just recently got back into it but I forgot a step to his method, It was really neat and worked like a charm for me. Maybe someone knows what I'm missing here? (besides artistic skills, sorry in advance) It would go like this, we'd find the start of first bend, Bend it to 30 degrees (for instance) on the hydraulic Bender. Take the pipe out, set it on the floor in laying position and find something long enough and straight (think kindorf to mark "X" from one straight side and the other that would give us a mark on the first bend. (its never in the center of the bend) then he'd take the kindorf and put it up against the outer piece of the conduit in step 3 and from it measure out where ever it would be 10in from kindorf to the bent pipe, that would give another mark. But after this I forget the steps. if you know how to do this ir have done it please share.
