Bonjour! J'essaye de retrouver le titre d'un livre de mon enfance qui m'a beaucoup marqué, mais mes recherches Googles ne sont pas fructueuses! Voici l'histoire, d'après mes souvenirs: C'est l'histoire d'une petite fille qui souhaite aller aux toilettes pendant la nuit, mais elle a peur de ce qu'il se cache dans la noirceur (principalement des monstres). C'est un livre imagé, je me rappelle d'une sorcière sous son lit, ainsi que d'un ogre près de la salle de bain ou dans la salle de bain. Je pense qu'il y avait aussi un loup garou et même un sorcier dans les images, mais je ne suis pas certaine. L'histoire se finit qu'elle réussit à se soulager et qu'elle a combattu sa peur du noir. Est-ce que ce livre sonne une cloche à quelqu'un?

I had a final interview with the hiring manager’s manager last week and by the end of it, they were very eager to have me join the team. I received a scheduled call from the recruiter this week who shared positive feedback from my interviews.
He told me that they will be emailing me for references and then went over pay, PTO, and tentative start dates. No other compensation/benefits were mentioned. He stated I would be getting a call from him and the hiring manager at one point. Was this the verbal offer or is that upcoming call the verbal offer pending reference checks? I was agreeing throughout the call and wasn’t sure if I cut negotiations early by doing so. Is it too late?

Hi - I’ve never had a professional apartment cleaning, but I’ve been sick recently & I feel like my place could just use a deep cleaning, like particularly kitchen & bathroom, that I am not sure how to do on my own, so I wanted to hire a cleaning service or person, but I’m not sure how it works. A few questions:
1) does anyone have someone they can recommend? 2) what is the usual price range for like a one time apartment cleaning, of a 1 bedroom? 3) do you usually stay in your apartment while the person is cleaning? Do you help clean while they clean? I feel like it would be extremely awkward to be there just sitting while they clean but I also wouldn’t really want to leave them alone in my apartment?
I don’t want them to clean my bedroom because I have pet birds who live in there & the cleaning process is pretty specific, & I’m very on top of it. So I was thinking maybe I could be cleaning my room while they are helping with the rest of my apartment.
