I’ve had constipation pretty consistently for months. I thought it was my fault as I struggled with restrictive eating so my diet is inconsistent and not great foods. I alternate between constipation and episodes of troubling diarrhea. My stomach is often bloated and hurting. I haven’t pooped regularly in months. I’ve been expediting a burning sensation in my stomach and throat. Today I had to strain so hard I bled after not using the restroom for a few days. Later I got the worst stomach cramps I have ever experienced to the point of me nearly passing out. It felt like I needed to pass something I couldn’t. Eventually there was a decent let down. My stomach is still feeling off and I still am not convinced the issue has resolved. Should I seek medical attention or just try Miralax and pray things sort themselves out?

The house was in great condition, possibly better than ours, so we agreed he could stay there, but only on the condition that he get a job and move out once he was back on his feet. At the time, I was 11, and I looked up to him because he used to spoil me whenever I was around him. I felt that I was part of the decision, and for that reason, I thought it would work out.
However, things didn’t go as planned. My mom and dad paid for his groceries, water, and electricity, and even gave him a $100 allowance each month, which I knew he spent entirely on cigarettes. Seven months passed, and he still didn’t have a job. He wasn’t answering his phone, which we were also paying for. One day, we showed up at the house to find him refusing to let us in, screaming about his "rights" like one of those crazy squatters you see on TV. I was only 12, so I don’t remember all the details, but after a lot of back and forth, he finally let us inside—though we couldn’t go to the basement. Eventually, we learned he was letting some of his homeless friends live there, though I don’t care how it sounds. It felt like betrayal.
We eventually kicked him out. Life went on for a while, but three years later, we got a video of him on the street. I was around 16 at the time, and even though I didn’t want him back in our house, I offered to give him some money since I had a job. But my family still asked him to live in our basement. We both didn’t want him near us, but they went ahead with it, citing "blood is thicker than water." Two days later, he was living in our basement. At this point, I had already planned to move out for college, even though it wasn’t the school I wanted—I just needed to get out of the house.
My parents tried to get me to apologize to my uncle for my harsh response, but I refused. He had done nothing but hurt us, and I had no interest in reconciling. After a fight, he stormed off, and I haven’t spoken to my dad since. Our relationship was already strained, and his behavior made it worse.
I mentioned earlier that I was struggling with severe depression and anxiety during this time. I was in a really dark place and had thoughts of ending it all. Though I still deal with anxiety, my depression has gotten better over time.
I did use chat gpt to refine the text but its a real story my text is clunky I will not be doing any thing to fix my relationship with my dad I have no needs to reconcile with my dad because he 100% knew I wasn't in a good mental state

i had my son about 10 months ago. i was one of the unlucky few who got her period back only 6 weeks postpartum (after bleeding for 4 weeks with a 4th degree tear). my first couple of periods were super weird and heavy but i've kinda gotten into a new normal. i use to have 28 day cycle with my heaviest day being my 2nd day and averaging about 5 days total. now i have a 31-34 day cycle, my heaviest day is 3 and 4, and it's now 7 days long. the internet says it could take up to a year to get a "normal" cycle back, but i've had 8 periods since my son has been born. is this really my new normal or should i expect things to change and shift as i wean and my son gets older?
