Hey all, just today I was reminded through a video that Judas (who betrayed Jesus in the end) his name means to praise God. Now I also remembered that Lucifer (now Satan) was also one of the three archangel's in Heaven who was in charge of praise and worship. Can someone explain to me why particularly having the role of praising God has a pattern of demise and what could be the reason for it? I'm really curious.

30s male, 5’11, 120 lbs.
Background: In the beginning of August I got sick with what I suspected was food poisoning. My SO got sick the same day (after we ate at the same place). She was sick for a day. I was sick for about three weeks. The majority of my symptoms were diarrhea. Mostly watery clear. 5+ times a day. During that 3 weeks I vomited 4-5 times. Vomiting usually occurred after I ate too large or too heavy of a meal. Smaller, blander meals I could keep down fine. No other major symptoms other than mild fatigue. One night, as I was getting better otherwise I had extreme abdominal cramps. They were gone by morning though I was sore for a day.
Symptoms started to clear up, and I was back to normal for about a week and a half. Then one morning I woke up and they all came back. Nonstop vomiting and diarrhea. Led to dehydration and muscle cramps. So I went to hospital. IV fluids fixed me up. They performed blood, stool, and urine tests as well as a CT scan. CT scan and stool came back fine. Urine showed high protein and oxalates. They were most concerned about high lipase in blood tests. But a few others were high. I was discharged and felt fine after. This was end of August.
A week later I went to GP for follow up. Redid blood and urine tests. Urine was normal. Lipase levels in blood were lower but still high. This is also when I learned how much weight I lost. I didn’t have a scale at home but was visibly skinnier. I weighed in around 120lbs.
Had a follow up two months later (Early November). Did more blood test. My lipase is back to normal. Iron and iron saturation (9%) are low. As is blood proteins and Albumin.
My weight has fluctuated during this time. Going up to 126 lbs. but it doesn’t seem to stay on. Stools have been mostly normal for me. 2-3x a day. Generally firm. Sometimes softer. Often green. Occasionally I have a weird feeling in my testicals, particularly my left one. Not pain. Almost like a slight pressure. Or like it’s out of place. But it goes away then comes back a week later or so.
Anyway. I have not been super impressed with this doctor. My SO came to the first visit. We had to convince him I wasn’t anorexic or had an eating disorder. He’s also showed great concern over my drinking. Despite me telling him (very truthfully) I drink 0-3 times a week. And generally leaning toward 0. There are a bunch of other examples like that. But the general vibe is he doesn’t seem to think I’m capable of monitoring my own nutrition (I am, I’m a halfway through a PhD in chemistry, I can read labels and add stuff), and all his approaches are very focused on nutrition and such. Which I get it, nutrition is important. After this last visit he prescribed me iron supplements and told me a very specific protein drink to drink twice a day (he’s concerned the one I was already drinking twice a day had creatine in it…it doesn’t).
BUT, I am growing increasingly concerned something else is going on. I’m not absorbing nutrients properly for some reason. IDK. I’m sure I have some mild IBS. But I’m worried it’s worse. Liver disease, cancer, idk. I’d like some outside opinions. Should I find a new GP? Go back to this one and demand a referral to a GI specialist or other specialist?

2: 4c [[omnath, locus of creatuon]]. Wins via burn or scutes or food chain combo
3: [[yorvo, lord of garenbrig]]. Voltron can kill someone as early as turn 4, wins via voltron or infinite scutes/beasts. Good amount of hexproof cantrips
My options:
1: [[eriette of the charmed apple]] auro control. About 20 auras for creatures, few more for players. Lots of tutors and ways to get pillow fort stuff like [[island sanctuary]] or [[sphere of safety]] or [[solitary confinement]] or [[circle of protection: green]] [[story circle]]. Slowly drain my opponents while controlling their things or till i get either of the [[exquisite blood]] combos
2: [[kinnan, bonder prodigy]] based off of the “grind em into the dirt” primer. Early game infinite mana combos with some control, but im worried about early aggression or voltron
3: [[fumulus, the infestation]] or [[savra, queen of the golgari]] aristocrats / edict black control. If im right about what they are bringing this could be very good. If Im wrong, very bad.
4: [[jhoira, weatherlight captain]] artifact storm with [[words of wind]] to lock the game down till you win with [[aetherflux reservoir]] or other cards
